The space embodies a chic, yet modern feel, with ornate furnishings and details, to give you an "at home" and inviting experience through out your stay. The home has 3 levels(including a finished basement).
Up a short flight of stairs is welcoming spacious kitchen located right off of the main living room area and dining space . There is plenty of cabinet and closet space to make you comfortable and accommodated for. The interior design of the home was spared no expense to detail, making sure that it is a home that we, as your hosts, would happily live in ourselves! We believe that this makes the space very special. There are unlimited amount of amenities, including a Keurig coffee maker (makes pods & a pot of coffee), washer/dryer + laundering supplies, plush bath towels, comfy down duvet bedspreads, memory foam mattresses, etc. Let us pamper you as our guests, whether you are visiting from out of town or here for a staycation! We are available at all times.

Guests will have full access to the entire house and property and all the amenities. Please make yourself at home. We believe a short-term rental should include the comforts of home, like a fully stocked kitchen, which is especially helpful if you are staying for a few days or longer.
The Neighborhood:
Located in one of the most coveted residential neighborhood in Kansas City. Just a few walks away to best restaurants, coffee shops and grocery store and a few miles from the interstate and downtown, yet situated in a quiet, spacious, and safe alcove.
Getting Around:
Our neighborhood is very walkable. A car is recommended to get to some KC attractions. Access to the highway is easy. Uber and Lyft are also very great options and easily available.

HOUSE RULES:
No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings. Be kind to the neighbors. Do not block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $500 fine if these rules are violated. This home is in a residential neighborhood so please observe the quiet times— 10:00pm to 7:00am.
Disclaimer- We have one EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence. The exterior security cameras are in place to ensure we are in compliance with our House Rules. Footage remains private and is used to monitor occupancy, No Unregistered Animal/Pet Policy, No Smoking Policy, No Party/Guests or Visitor Policy, and for liability purposes.
Interaction with Guests:
You are welcome to contact us with questions through the Airbnb app should anything come up during your stay— we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it’s necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion.
