Recently updated Flora model (1,635 sq. ft.) fully furnished. All you will need are your clothes and toothbrush. Located on quiet cul-de-sac backing to a green space offers a very peaceful outdoor experience with a private fenced yard. There are 2 spacious bedrooms, Primary Bedroom has king sized bed with private sliding door to back patio, second bedroom has queen sized bed. Additionally there is a den for quiet reading or quiet TV time. The open kitchen offers a center island and large solid surface countertops are fantastic for entertaining. Both baths are full ceramic showers and updated fixtures and the lovely tile flooring was recently refurbished. You will thoroughly enjoy 2 large flat screen TV's, Wifi and wireless printer. All appliances including washer and dryer, a private furnished front patio off the kitchen, a fully furnished private covered patio off family room with propane grill and a spacious 2 car garage.

HOA, Trash service, lawncare, Wifi, utilities and TV streaming service are all covered with rental agreement. Minimum 30 day rental and HOA required paperwork. NO SMOKING! An easy 15 minute walk th the KIVA clubhouse and pool. Trilogy at Vistancia offers those 55 and up Two beautiful clubhouses with swimming pools, Pickleball, Tennis courts and numerous activities all in a meticulously maintained community. If you enjoy walking, biking, hiking than this is the place for you.
