Welcome to our charming townhome located in the center of the Art District in Gatlinburg. This two story townhome has 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8). In addition, we offer a sleeper queen sofa in the living room (sleeps 2), and 2 twin daybeds and 1 trundle in the media room downstairs (Sleeps 3). At maximum capacity the unit can sleep a maximum of 13 people in beds! There are 3 spacious decks attached to each room that look over the Great Smoky Mountains. The master bedroom featuring a queen bed has its own deck providing a perfect spot for a morning cup of coffee while you “bear watch”. The living room deck provides a quiet spot to unwind in the afternoon with a cocktail while you plan your evenings adventure. Downstairs the two bedrooms and the media room all open to an expansive deck overlooking trees in the Smokies where you can relax on the porch swing. Two off-street parking spaces are provided and in front of the townhome. We offer a third space which can be reserved for a fee by the Property Manager if made within 24 hours in advance. The location is nestled at the back of a small neighborhood ensuring privacy and safety plus a good nights sleep. Come see us!

Pool and Recreation: There is a public pool located just 3 minutes from the property (less than a mile away) at the Gatlinburg Community Center.
