A double Murphy bed can accommodate two guests and can be discreetly separated from the main area by a pull curtain for added privacy. Furthermore, a Queen sofa sleeper is also available in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped for meal preparation, featuring a compact breakfast bar that seats two, along with a dining table that can accommodate an additional two guests. This unit is situated on the first floor of the building. It is important to note that this unit does not include a fireplace or a private balcony. The amenities at the clubhouse feature an indoor heated pool, hot tubs available both indoors and outdoors, a fitness center, and an outdoor firepit, providing a perfect way to unwind after a full day of skiing or riding. Guests are not allowed to smoke or bring pets onto the property as per the rules of the Homeowner Association. Super easy access to room, very close to the mountain and the Jane parking lots, and very reasonable price. Nothing super fancy, but has everything you need and gets the job done! Would come back to this place👍

There was very lack of information in regards to the AC. The building was decent but had a strong odor when you entered. The parking lot needs to be clearly stated where to park. Overall it’s fine to stay for a night or two when needing a place close to the Rocky Mountain National park.

Everything was just as listed. Check in and check out was a little difficult to locate in the guest portal. I feel that info could have just been an email. Pull out couch mattress was badly stained. Enough so that my guest felt more comfortable sleeping on the couch cushions. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Pros:-Close to Winter ParkCons:-Weird smell. Everything that was in the room now has a smoky/musty smell. We had to wash everything, including our bags.-Noisy (highway right outside and thin walls, bring earplugs)-Stains on comforter -Thermostat doesn't seem to work correctly. We had the heat set to 60 and it got very hot

Broken Fridge
I picked this place because it had a full sized refrigerator, but it Wes broken door it whole stay. A maintenance man attempted to fix it but the fix didn’t work. They offered a mini fridge but they never delivered it, and refused to allow me pick up a mini fridge from the main office. We night food before the pass on our way to the unit but we ended up throwing a lot of it away due to spoilage.
Hot tub at the facility was OK, and the parking was good. But, again, without a functioning refrigerator much of the appeal of the unit is gone. Would not recommend.
