For anyone who runs warm, it may be the perfect retreat. For those who tend to get chilly, the upper floors will be much more comfortable. Fantastic place to stay with a group. Close proximity to many great places to eat and amenities when staying in Louisville. We had 7 in our group and didn't feel cramped for space, restrooms, etc... Enjoyed the hot tub and games!
This home is in the perfect location. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and shops plus walking through the neighborhood was beautiful. Hot tub option was great. Host response time was amazing. Home was beautiful and spacious.

Thank you for allowing us to return “home” for a few days.. The arcade games were a huge hit w the men and the ladies enjoyed beating them at pool. The hot tub was a relaxing touch that I thoroughly enjoyed. We definitely would return to this rental as it afforded ample room to spread out and enjoy our mini family vacay. The decor was lovely. Quiet, spacious, and full of FUN for this family!Bonuses: Excellent area for walking, partaking of yummies (adult & kid), and easy access to area attractions. And a brand new Kroger less than mile away!Allergen Alert: feather/down throw pillows throughout.
Great place!! We had so much fun. Went for the louder than life concert with my 17 year old for his birthday and it was better that the pictures.. very cool house!!!

Great home in a beautiful neighborhood
This is the third year in a row we have rented this home for our company's trade show. Everyone loves it and we are planning on reserving it again for next year.
I booked this location for a college girls' get-together group of ten, and there was plenty of room for all of us. We loved being able to walk to check out the beautiful neighborhood and to the many restaurants.
Amazing property in Norton Commons. Great access to local restaurants and easy to get in/out.

Fantastic home!

Great home away from home
This is the second year in a row we have booked this home for a trade show we attend every year. It's a beautiful home in a great neighborhood. Very quite place to unwind after a long hard day.
Great location and house was as advertised. We had a great trip. The only issue was the shower in the basement was broken, but there were plenty of other showers for us to use.
Home is pretty. The hvac system was a mess. Very uncomfortable conditions. Could not sleep.

Hello Paul, I'm really sorry that you had issues with the HVAC system during the stay...upon inspection after your departure we found that one of the thermostats was set to "heat" while the other thermostat was set to "cool". This is likely why there was an issue...both thermostats have to be set to either heat or cool at the same time because the system runs on a single geothermal unit. We are definitely keeping an eye on it. All the best!
5 grandkids ages 6-18 , daughter & her spouse and grandmother and grandpapa/me. Master suite with walk in shower & jetted tub was great for us on main floor. Beds & bathrooms for all upstairs and basement. Kids loved the arcade games. Easy on street parking in front. Just needs a hand rail up the front steps for an old guy like me.
This property was amazing!!! Everything about the house is just as it looks in the Pictures. We cannot wait to stay here again! We had the privilege of meeting the owner and he is wonderful.
Awesome property. We stayed with a group of 8 adults. We had plenty of room to hang out together or be by ourselves. The house was well maintained. Loved the neighborhood, which had restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had one issue with the temperature of water in the basement shower. The manager responded to the concern very quickly and it was fixed within a few hours. Would definitely pick this place to stay again.
