Welcome to the newly remodeled Clearwater Beach House!

Located perfectly in the heart of Clearwater, this 3-bedroom, 2.5 - bathroom home has all the charm and space you need for a comfortable lifestyle.

This beautiful beach home is located 15 minutes from Clearwater Beach, in a quiet and residential neighborhood that is close to shopping, dining and St. Petersburg Downtown.

This 2000 SF home has a fabulous open floor plan with 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have new mattresses, down pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding), 2 flat screen TV's,( 1 Tv in the living room, 1 TV in Master bedroom ) convenient tile floors, kitchen , Dining room table (seats 8), 2 full bathroom, fully fenced in backyard with a fire pit and gorgeous saltwater heated pool and outdoor shower.

You will find the home well stocked with everything that you need. There is a washer/dryer in the house - which makes life easy!

The pool area is fenced in, assuring privacy

Parking Notes: Guests can park one car in the garage and two cars in the driveway. No on-street parking is allowed.

Overall it’s not a bad home, neighbors parking on grass sort of a turn off for the overall look to the neighborhood. Not, owners fault but giving an honest evaluation.

We had a wonderful & relaxing vacation!

The house sits in a very quiet neighborhood and is very close to required amenities such as a large grocery store. Property is well maintained, very clean and contains everything to enjoy a relaxing holiday. Communication with the property manger was very good. I would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future!

Great family property

Favorite thing was the pool with the wading area. Adults loved the seating area by the pool. Absolutely fantastic for our family trip. Convenient location to get to all things great in the Tampa Clearwater area. We enjoyed a day trip to fort de Soto, Busch gardens as well as the beautiful beach of Clearwater.

Several items were missing and/or didn’t work properly. Firepit didn’t work, fans didn’t work, grill nearly burned the house down, showers didn’t get warm

We are a Canadian family with kids that fell in love with Florida since our first visit years ago. Unfortunately we don't have enough time to enjoy this lovely house full time and decided to share it with you.

Why they chose this property

We chose Palm Harbor because of its convenient location. We usually spend 2-3 days in Disney World and the rest of our vacation relaxing on the white sand beaches this area has to offer. It is truly one of the best beaches we've ever seen, no wonder it is rated #1 beach in Florida. We also chose this location because of quiet and friendly neighborhood, distance to mall and everyday shopping
