About this property

Cute and updated house, walk into a great room with hardwood floors, comfortable sectional, gas fireplace, ROKU TV and Blu-Ray, tons of kids movies. Kitchen has antique gas stove, dishwasher, full refrigerator and is stocked with pots/pans and other necessary kitchenware. Dining area has seating for 4-5.

Go down the hallway to the bedrooms. One bedroom with queen bed, one with double bed and desk, one bedroom with bunks - plenty of toys/books for kids!

One bathroom - bath/shower, heated floor and plenty of storage.

French doors lead to an amazing yard - covered deck and play structure in the yard.

Note: There is a detached studio ADU on the back part of the lot, guests may walk on a path to that area but spaces are separate and there is plenty of privacy to be had.
