This is an older property, and while cosmetic imperfections may exist, we do not believe they affected the functionality of the home or that the property was misrepresented. The listing photos accurately show the home, furnishings, exterior, and overall condition at the time of booking. Regarding the pool, when you brought the concern to our attention, we responded promptly and had our pool service address it the following day. We appreciate that you also acknowledged our responsiveness. Many of the other concerns mentioned—including the loose toilet, door knobs, exposed wires, towels, cabinets, drawers, and appliances—were not reported to us during your stay. Had we been notified, we would have immediately sent our cleaning or maintenance team to inspect and address them. The exterior security cameras and house rules are disclosed to guests. The rules are intended to protect the property, our neighbors, and our guests, particularly when accommodating larger groups. They are not intended to interfere with our guests' enjoyment of the home. We take legitimate maintenance and cleanliness concerns seriously and will inspect each item you mentioned.

Hi Todd I am sorry to hear about the pool being cold, the pool guy has never told us about a parts needs to be replaced for the heater. I will check with him. Thanks for bringing that to my attention. Best, Judy

For clarity for future guests, we did not charge any additional fee for the hot tub during this reservation; the guest was allowed to use it at no cost. We also did not receive any complaints during the stay. We always encourage guests to contact us right away so we can address any issues immediately. Cleanliness is extremely important to us. After checkout, we inspected the property and did not find conditions consistent with the claims made in the review; however, we have reinforced additional quality checks to ensure our high standards are consistently met. We remain committed to providing a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests.
