Everything was super clean, great location.Only thing was not knowing the stair well was so narrow.I didnt see pictures of stairs anywhere. They were a tight fit for an adult and for luggage.Easy parking, and great communication!!

Perfect location, close to everything. The spiral steps to downstairs are very skinny, would not fit a larger person. Loft is nice space. Gorgeous view from the deck!

We especially appreciated the host’s kindness and flexibility in helping us change our stay dates due to weather conditions. That level of understanding and communication truly made a difference for us.Everything went smoothly, and we felt very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this cabin and would love to return again in the future!

The unit was dusty throughout and had a strong mildew smell — strong enough to cause breathing difficultym. The place was full of dust and filthy, it triggered an allergic reaction during our stay. The smell was present in the lower floor, so the second, lower-level shower was difficult to use.The main bathroom's bath faucet ran continuously the entire time the shower was in use. We tried to get this resolved during our stay, but it was never fixed, the host would not respond. The hot water was used up in the process — leaving no way to get a normal shower. The mattresses are also in poor condition and uncomfortable to sleep on.AC not as advertised. Scattered units that mostly make noise.Because of the air quality and lack of working plumbing, we were unable to stay a second night. Our vacation was cut short and was the time we spent on the property was unbearable.

The cons. Much smaller than it appears in photos. The spiral staircase leading to the bunk beds was very very narrow...Definitely not up to code. The bunk area smelled like mildew- lots of water stains on the ceiling, it felt like most things were broken... the kitchen and bathroom sink/tubs were clogged, every blind was broken, the stove doesn't heat up well, ZERO attention to detail (they didn't even provide garbage bags or dust pan for the broom, no toilet paper or paper towels). The outside patio area -- rusty chairs, umbrella was completely broken, no cushions on the chairs, didn't seem like the bed sheets had been changed, the drain of the dehumidifier is right at the bottom of the stairs-- so it has to go there and it's a total trip hazard...The pros: A perfect location . Close to everything, you can walk to a pizza place, a coffee shop, and pontoon tours, paddle board rentals. A lovely view of the water.This place COULD be such a gem... but AVOID this place. It truly shouldn't even be listed on VRBO.

Host was very responsive and we had no problems. Each bedroom is on a different level ; however, the stairwell going down into the lower level is very tiny and a large adult would have a lot of trouble with that. There is an external door to enter that space - but hard to get to in the snow. It’s cozy and comfortable and the location is great.
