Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath Condo


Beautiful condo in the Santa Maria Harbour Resort located on the quiet, south end of Ft. Meyers beach. 7 minute walk to the beach. The condo overlooks the Fish Tale Marina. Reg # 22-0567.

The condo features a private screened balcony overlooking the HUGE heated pool with steps leading into the water at the shallow end, a Jacuzzi, and a picnic area. For those who like a little shade, there is a gazebo/large deck with barbecue grills, tables, chairs and umbrellas. Walk around the resort to view the many boats and yachts located in the 36-slip harbor surrounding the property.

The condominium has three bedrooms with huge windows. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, full dresser with mirror, TV and a full-size bathroom (shower with two molded seats) and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, dresser w/mirror and tv. The third bedroom has two twin-size beds, dresser w/mirror.

A second full-size bathroom with a shower and tub. Fully equipped kitchen; full size washer and dryer; 55” plasma flat screen TV with 30+ cable stations; hair dryer, iron and ironing board, alarm clocks as well as starter soaps, toilet paper and paper towels.

The beach is a 7 minute walk.

Next door to the unit is Santini Plaza with several great restaurants, liquor store, CVS, post office and many shops.

Fish Tale Marina is behind Santini Plaza where you can rent fully equipped boats, rods and reels, bait buckets and nets. They also offer charters.

Publix grocery store is 10 minute drive. Major retail stores are located just 20 minutes away.

Great condo in a great location!

Well stocked condo including beach chairs, towels, coolers etc. the pool area was cleaned daily, gas grills and a covered gazebo were nice too!

Exactly what we wanted/needed!

We loved our stay in this unit at the Santa Maria and we’ve stayed in over 10units here. The decor is warm and welcoming, perfect for the beach. There were a plethora of bath and pool towels. The kitchen was well stocked with pans, pots, etc and even a crock pot! The kids loved walking out to the patio and finding friends at the pool. We would definitely recommend this unit.

Great location!!

Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. There are plenty of beach towels. Condo is walking distance to the beach and plenty of restaurants. There are also cute shops near by. Very nice pool area. We were able to see the Manatees in the marina. We will be back again!!

We loved staying at the CK do. Quick easy access to the beach! We traveled with our 14, 5, 3 year old and 10 month old. The pool was definitely the favorite! Would definitely stay at the condo if returning to Fort Myers!

Was ok could have been better. Became very ill and was hospitalized with vacation ruined owner pleasant but bathing situation terrible. Maybe try again.

Quiet condo away from action

Condo is well set up for families and couples. The condo pool is nice and large enough for everyone to relax. The hot tub was a little on the smaller size (6 max) but was relaxing. Right on a marina we saw a manatee by the condo. The beach is close, however it is about a half mile away walking. Good location to be away from the busiest areas of FMB and we still had great restaurant options walking distance from the condo. Would have been nice to have beach chairs and a wagon available but we managed without.

Unit needs cleaning and updating

Bathroom floors so dirty. Paper towel rubbed over them came out black. Window shades in one bedroom wound not go up. Rust around refrig door, Lamp shades in one bedroom need replaced. Bedroom dresser drawer fell down when opened. Husband fixed it so we had space for our clothes.

I’m so sorry your stay was not good! As I said in my email to you, the window shade was turned around backwards (I can only assume by previous renter) and once it was forward, we had no problem opening it. The refrigerator was replaced last week. And last, I spoke with our housekeeper and brought this to her attention. You are the first person to ever complain about it being dirty but we still take it very seriously. Thank you for bringing this to our attention.

Great escape!!!

This condo was exactly as it was listed. We enjoyed time with family and friends. Great place to play cards/games and escape the COVID. The only thing missing is a metal pan for the oven, but we made do with what we had. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you!!!

Quiet & convenient

Our 3 generation family spent Christmas & New Years weeks at this condo. It was a quiet area of the island. We spent most of the day at the large pool with a short walk to the beach to enjoy the sunsets at night. Everything was furnished that you could need from beach accessories, to strollers for the little ones. It is convenient to restaurants & shopping. Diane is very friendly & it was pleasure to rent from her.

Right space in the right place for a fabulous stay

A split floor plan allows for maximum comfort. Completely renovated for function and appeal, this condo did not disappoint for location either. The beach, shopping and a variety of dining are all within walking distance or hop onto a trolley or take a short drive to everything the beach has to offer. And there is plenty. Dining outside is a popular choice. So many places to watch the gorgeous sunsets or dance the night away. The locals are friendly and hospitable. The unit overlooks the pool and the screened balcony makes it a pleasant past time. Diane makes the whole process easy and convenient.

Perfect Location, Very Close to Beach but still quiet!

Our family stayed at this condo for Thanksgiving week this year. It was just as described and the location was perfect. The decor was inviting and I REALLY enjoyed having my morning coffee on the lanai while watching the kids at the pool. We were supplied with everything we could need and made Thanksgiving dinner without any trouble. We were near enough to everything to get there quickly, yet far enough away to not hear a bunch of loud distractions. We did have a problem with the AC upon arrival but Diane did everything she could to take care of the problem (not caused by her or any neglect) and even gave us a discount for our troubles. Thank you Diane! You have a lovely space in a perfect place!

Gorgeous is correct!!!!

Because we love manatees, and know that we will see them almost every day in the canal next to the pool,our family has been staying at the Santa Maria for 17 years. Many times in this unit. We were told that it was remodeled and stayed in this unit for two weeks last summer. It is absolutely gorgeous. Completely redone. Of all the condos at the Santa Maria, none can compare to this one. You won't be disappointed. Diane was great to work with, and made sure our visit was good, and we were completely satisfied. We will be there this summer for two more weeks, and hope she'll let us come back for many years to come.
