Thank you Ashley for providing our futures guests the opportunity to read about your stay in our second home.... I'm happy to report that all of our family and friends are fine ( Thank God ) from Hurricane Irma. Port Largo Villas suffered mostly downed trees and some damages to the docks ( from rising waters ) but nothing happened to our buildings and our property did not suffer any damages. Things seem to back to normal with bussiness opening since last week. Hope to hear from you during your next Key Largo Vacation Experience. Thank you The Hernandez Family.

The balcony is one of our favorites as well... and to casually walk to the marina and enjoy live music and casual/comfort food is definitely sweet :). Thank you for your feedback. It's is very important for us (and for our past and future guests) to know how things are. We did find the mysterious issue with the bedside lights. The GFICI Switch in the master bathroom button was depressed and needed to be reset! We also found (not mentioned/reported) that the ceiling fan in master bedroom was making unacceptable noises and was replaced with a new one. We also changed all the bulbs to energy efficient bulbs to correct the lighting issues as well as to maintain our ever increasing utility bills better controlled. Thank you again for choosing our second home for your Key Largo Vacation. Hope to see you soon :)

Sounds like you had a wonderful time in our second home. Without doughs the best scuba diving and snorkling reefs in North America are located in Key Largo. Beautiful to experience. Makes it so much sweeter to just walk up to the boats and restaurants. Hope to hear from you on your next Key Largo Vacation.

Thank you for your review and for choosing our second home for your Key Largo Vacation Experience. I’m happy that you enjoyed your stay and I am looking forward to having you again as our guest in our home. I am so craving to go on a fishing trip myself. There is nothing like walking top to the boat in and going out of the beautiful canal to the reefs! Hope to hear form you soon. Juan

Thank You for taking time and informing our future guests about your stay. We are glad you had a wonderful and memorable experience in our second home. Cruising out of the beautiful canals to the ocean by boat from our docks is one of my favorite things to do. The proximity to the reefs once you are out of the canal is amazing. Beautiful. Glad you enjoyed.

Love to hear that you had a memorable experience in our second home. Hope to see you next time you come to The Florida Keys. Be Safe. Juan

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback on what was an apparent unsatisfactory experience...before even entering the property... In regards to the plants... They are succulents and have different stages during the year. The kitchen Plates, Silverware, Pots/Pans, Drinking Glasses and Wine Glasses are all less than (1) year old... The Kitchen window will be reported to The Port Largo Villas Office ( they repair all external issues)... We did not know this. Thank you. The lights were reported by our other guests and the issue was corrected at once. We are having problems with those halogen bulbs in the Master Bath latterly. Lights bulbs do go bad, but not that frequently... The travertine ( marble ) tile in the bathrooms have that particular look to them. However. I can assure you that they were clean. I can also assure you that this review will be discussed with our cleaning company as constructive feedback is key for all of us. We are proud of our second home and the incredible value ( both monetary and pleasant/memorable ) that it offers to our guests. Thank you again for taking the time to offer your review and accept our apologies for not exceeding your expectations... Sincerely, The Hernandez Family.

Glad to hear you had a memorable experience in our second home. Let us know how we can accommodate you for your next Key Largo Vacation. Be Safe.
