Beautifully decorated 4 bedroom 3 bathroom fully furnished recently remodeled house located in Palmetto Dunes walking distance to the beach.
Enjoy our new Pool!
Spacious layout includes master bedroom on the ground floor, upstairs entertainment area, and large outside deck off the living room and kitchen.
Fully furnished with everything you'll need for a quick weekend get away or a month stay we offer all the comforts of home.
Awesome location inside Palmetto Dunes includes private beach parking.
The house is perfect for entertaining family and friends, includes open floor plan with vaulted ceiling, wet bar, large patio with gas grille, and outdoor shower.
Downstairs includes:
Master bedroom with ensuite full bathroom, walk in shower, deep bathtub with jets, large walk in closet with King bed.
Huge living and dining room, up dated fully stocked gourmet kitchen, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Sitting room off the kitchen surrounded by bay windows.
Full bath with walk in shower and laundry room.
Upstairs includes:
Three bedrooms, full bathroom and sitting area.
Outside includes:
Large deck with grille over looking private pool.
Pool can be heated or chilled - contact host for seasonal rates.
Mud room with access to outdoor shower.
Path and walkways 5 min walk to the beach.
Please note that for your convenience we provide starter packs that include: paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, and dishwasher detergent, we don't restock these items during your visit.
Beach buggy, chairs, umbrella, boogie boards and mic toys available for use.
Getting around - bike and walking paths run throughout Palmetto Dunes. During the summer season there's a free shuttle service that operates inside Palmetto Dunes.
Palmetto Dunes charges $50 gate pass fee which you'll pick up at office upon arrival. Keep the pass displayed at all times in your car, the pass will be valid for the duration of your stay.
Professional property manager on call to answer any questions and address any issues that might arise during your stay.
Detailed check in information will be sent the day prior to arrival.

You can also take advantage of the free “Dunes Buggy” shuttle service from mid-June to October 1. They will pick you up and drive you to any location in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove Harbour.
