Centrally located, this home is in a quiet established neighborhood. You enter using the key-less entry at the front door lock on the main level. The main level is the great/gathering room with couches, a smart TV, kitchen, and dining areas. The upper level (7 steps) is where Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 are located. The lower level (another 7 steps) is where Bedroom # 4 and the laundry room is located.

Many portions of this home have been recently remodeled. The kitchen, and great room, received rich real hardwood floors, a new gas range, and rich colored cabinets with soft close hinges. The large laundry room is located on the lower level and is on the opposite side of bedroom # 4.

Parking at this property is excellent and offers you the option and opportunity to travel with your toys. The garage is quite large, measuring 23 x 33. It can easily fit two large vehicles with extra space for you to bring your toys (bicycles, kayaks, motorcycles, etc.). A 38' RV parking area that sits behind a gate has a 12' wide opening.
