Newly renovated 4 bedrooms/2 bathroom+bonus game room home with HEATED SALTWATER POOL, fire pit and fully fenced in back yard. Our cozy home has 2 King beds and sleeps 10 comfortably. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood close to multiple beaches, golf courses, Tampa and St. Petersburg airports and more. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants and grocery stores. Only 1.5hr to Disney!

Cute family-friendly remodeled home with 4 bedrooms PLUS a bonus game room with a queen futon. We have 2 King beds, 1 queen, and 2 full beds. All 5 beds are super comfy high quality memory foam. Our space is clean and cozy with three 4k smart TV's and high speed Wifi. Enjoy working remotely in the office space with handmade desk. Our unique coffee and tea bar features freshly roasted local whole bean coffee from Haus Coffee Shop with a pour over, french press, and grinder. We also have a Keurig with 12 assorted flavors of coffee (decaf included), and 6 flavors of tea. The kitchen is completely remodeled with all new appliances, and fully stocked with pots/pans, cooking utensils and many more essentials.

Enjoy the Florida sun in our large Saltwater Heater pool with NEW child-proof safety fence, fully fenced in pet-friendly yard, and play a game of cornhole. Soak up the sun in our chic lounge chairs and enjoy an outdoor meal using our BBQ grill and patio dining area. When the weather cools down, relax by the fire and have smores in our firepit area! Feel free to use all the beach supplies (beach chairs, beach towels, wagon), games, and toys.

Family Spring Break

We have a family of 5 and this house was perfect for our vacation! The property is located in a neighborhood away from the crazy beach life but it is close enough to the beach, restaurants and shops and an easy drive! The pool was nicely heated-only thing would be to update the pool toys-a lot were broken or had holes in them. It was not a big deal to us though. Cory was a wonderful host! If we had any questions, he would get back to us in a timely manner. Overall we had a wonderful experience at this property!

Very spacious, great location!

Cory was a great communicator, the home was bright and welcoming. Lots of room, a great yard and the pool was warm.The neighborhood was nice and a short walk to several shops and a neighborhood Walmart. We would stay there again.

Largo House

The property is very nice, the beds are comfy, the pool is heated to 75°. It was unfortunate for us that it was only 50° when we were there. This house would be perfect if you had several kids. There are five beds in the house, which could easily accommodate four adults and six kids. The beach is about a 10 minute drive away. The fire pit makes for great bonfires and s’mores. Cory, the owner even put up a fence around the pool so there’s no accidentally falling in. Cory is great to work with and communicates promptly. I highly recommend this house as it has most everything you Need for a weak vacation. And if you don’t have something there are several grocery stores really really close.

Great family time!

The house was PERFECT that accommodated all our wants and needs. We made use of it all from the fire pit, to the pool, the games, and game room. We had an 18m old, and all the baby items, floats made his visit fun too. The air temp was comfortable, and nice touches on the sound machines. If there’s an occasion to be in the area, we’ll be back!

My family and I bought this property and listed it as a short term rental because we absolutely love the Largo and Clearwater area. It's 8 miles from world famous Clearwater beach and 1.8 miles from Indian Rocks beach, an absolutely beautiful and quiet hidden gem of a beach. It's so close to so many great restaurants and family-friendly activities, but it's situated in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
