We ended up coming up for a weekend event near the apartment and found it location to be perfect. It is quiet, cozy inside, and the beds were very, very comfortable. The place was super clean when we arrived and Andrew was very responsive to our inquiries.We had our pick of small grocery stores, wine stores, and a variety of restaurants, within a short walk or Uber drive. It was perfect for our first visit to the city and we would return.

We were in town for the NCAA tournament and this place was just perfect for a few friends and me. Plenty of space, nice balcony and outside area. Kitchen and dining room are huge, and everything is very well decorated. Just a great stay! Thanks !

This property was one of the loveliest I’ve ever rented. The extremely tall ceilings made the place feel larger than it already was! Very modern and urban, with exquisite art, furniture and floor coverings. The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms extremely spacious. Beautiful kitchen and large den area. The pictures on the website are spot on. And…we were so close to everything! Andrew was very accessible and easy to work with. We 6 friends (3 couples) were completely satisfied with his wonderful property! Thank you Andrew for your kind hospitality and attention to detail.

Great home in great location

Off street private gated parking downtown that is walking distance to everything we were doing. The home is a cool two story home in a large building with a private entrance and parking. The kitchen is well equipped and the family room is comfortable and well decorated.

Great Loft and extensive instructions. The VRBO app would not let us access the instructions ( a blip I assume) The loft is incredibly well appointed and because of our prior plans, we did not take advantage of everything but it was so comfortable to come “home” at the end of the r day.
