This 2200 s.f. beachfront home is set deep into a private wooded lot on 80' of gorgeous sugar sand Lake Huron Beach. This recently updated home includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area (seats 8), family room with natural fireplace, living room, and 4 bedrooms (master with king, #2 bdrm with queen, #3 bdrm with queen bed, and a bunk room that sleeps 4 - please note that this room is an open concept). The master bdrm, living room, family room, dining area and kitchen all have SPECTACULAR views of Lake Huron.

There is so much to offer with this rental! It's on the waterfront with shallow clear water and tons of sugar sand! From this perfect location you can stroll along the sandy beach or lounge and relax. The site is in line with a large sand reef and is shallow for several hundred feet with numerous sandbars - great for young swimmers and water games. Minutes from canoeing, great golf courses, shopping, antiques, and numerous state park attractions.

Just 3 miles North in Oscoda there are restaurants, ice cream parlors, a movie theater, putt putt golf, bowling, and the Oscoda city park. To the South 8 miles is East Tawas. There is much to offer in East Tawas too! A beautiful park, great restaurants, shopping, the pier, Marion's Ice Cream Parlor and so much more.

The Gailes at Lakewood Shores - One of the best golf courses in Michigan, listed in the top 10, is just a few miles away. If you enjoy golfing this is one you don't want to miss out.

Perfect place for a family vacation!Super Clean updated property with lots to love. Property well maintained and kitchen well stocked making it easy to prepare meals. Beds comfy with lots of sleeping options.The sandy bottom lake is amazing as well as the sugar sand beach. Placement of house is such that you don't hear or see neighbors. Lots of nice little perks that made stay enjoyable. Floatable island , Bocce balls, plenty of seating, umbrella and bonfire pit. Host is a great communicator. We have stayed here multiple times over a 20 year span and this property never disappoints!

Our stay was enjoyed by everyone within the party. There was a slight hiccup on our first night however Shelly, our host, was VERY responsive and engaged to help remediated the issue.The house is well stocked with everything needed to help ensure our stay and meal prep went without any missing components. Plenty of table space for large groups to all sit and enjoy a meal together.The sand beach is beautiful and big enough to allow for fun beach activities.The house was fantastic with great views of the lake from multiple rooms. Will recommend this house to anyone interested in visiting Lake Huron.When I asked my family what could have made this trip better, the only comment, "warmer lake water" everything about the house and our Host was brilliant.Thank you for sharing your house, thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The place was very clean and well-maintained. It's conveniently located close to great restaurants, which made dining out easy. The beds were super comfortable, and the shower was modern and refreshing. One of the highlights was watching the beautiful sunrise each morning, truly breathtaking. This was our second time staying at this beautiful home right on Lake Huron. They made some really beautiful updates to the home. Beautiful style and most of all the view is spectacular. Shelley, the host is very accommodating and answers your email/texts very promptly. Myself and four of my best friends had a fabulous girls getaway!

It was beautiful...inside and out. Comfortable seating, comfortable sleeping, good eating areas, the remodeled kitchen was great...all of the remodels were great! The dishes, cookware and appliances provided, made food prep easy. And clean up was a cinch with the new dishwasher. The sandy beach was pristine and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach looking out across Lake Huron...so breathtaking. It was the perfect setting for our family get together. Thank you.

Family trip ages 1-77 and we all had a blast! Anything and everything you could want. Beautiful views, tons of outdoor activities and loaded up on the inside, too! Very nice and quiet town. Awesome bike paths. We did the Calypso fishing charter and a day trip to Mackinac Island. Highly recommend both. Thanks again for a great stay!!

My family and I were very impressed with the amenities offered at this beautiful beach house. It was clean, beautifully decorated, the kitchen was well stocked, the beds and furniture were comfortable and new and the beach is AMAZING! This is a perfect location for any beach lovers and the host was very easy to work with. We had no issues during our stay, however I am confident if we had they would have been corrected immediately. This is a rare gem of a property on the much underrated sunrise side of Michigan.

This property was so perfect. Each morning there is a beautiful sunrise and we woke up to the sounds of the lake. The house was very clean and organized and we had everything we needed! I would recommend this home to anyone!

We are a family of five in the SE area of Michigan. My husband and I have three children. This home is our favorite getaway and we are glad to share it with others. It has all the comforts of home and is a great place to make beautiful memories!

Why they chose this property

The view, the beach, the water! We have been all around Michigan and you can't beat this stretch of Lake Huron for pure sugar sand and great swimming. The home has so many views of the lake. We put a lot of time and effort into decorating and upgrading the property. We have been very fortunate with wonderful guests who treat our home like their own. We promise you won't be disappointed.

What makes this property unique

Million dollar views! The layout of the house and windows gives great views of the lake. It's also beautifully decorated with all the comforts of home.

The home is nestled between the piers of Oscoda and East Tawas so access to both towns is quick.

The AuSable River is just minutes away. Enjoy fishing, canoeing, or tubing on the river.
