This 3 /2 is located in the quiet neighborhood of Isle of Palms. It has been fully remodeled inside and out. Extra clean for Mayo Clinic patients must be 25 yrs old to rent. This is a quiet neighborhood and we do not allow pets at this time unless approved before reserving and do not allow parties. We are located five minutes from Mayo Clinic and Jax Beach. Publix, Walmart are very close and there is easy access to Butler Blvd and I-295. Also close Trader Joes, Lots of restaurants close by for you to enjoy while you stay with us.

What a stunning property

This property looked exactly as advertised. We walked into a beautiful spotless gorgeous home. The master bedroom had the most beautiful en suite. The location of this property was a couple of minutes from all the stores and the beach, and for us near our family in Jacksonville. This will be a place we will return to when we come back down. I highly recommend this property to anybody.
