Host was great. Great communication before traveling down. Allowed me to add an extra night prior to arriving. The property was in a great location. The beach is a short walk and the pool looked amazing. Beach was very clean even during the busy 4th of July weekend. Property could use some work. In our room the chain on the balcony shade kept coming apart when pulled to raise the shade. Balcony door is very hard to open and close and the outside handle looks like it is about to fall off. The wifi was hit or miss. The first night there was no connection and the other 2 nights it barely worked and got so tired of the connection going out that I just use the hotspot on my phone. There was no broom or way to clean up the sand in the room so had to wait on the cleaning crew to come clean. The elevator for our building only worked for a day and a half the rest of the time we had to carry all our beach gear up the stairs to the 4th floor. The bodywash that is super in the bathroom was completely empty the whole time we were there.
