We are very excited to welcome you to our newly renovated Cozy Cabin themed home! We have designed this home specifically so you can kick back and relax all while in the comfort of our home. We have a fully stocked game room that you will love. Including a pool table, poker table that has cards and chips, and family games.

Whether you’re looking for an escape from your city life or a long term stay this home will be sure to satisfy all your needs.

3 bedrooms with two queens and one full size bed with a desk for a designated workspace.
A game room with pool table, poker table that includes cards and chips, TV, and some family fun games.
A fully stocked kitchen to make whatever your heat desires. We do include coffee and creamers as well.
We have a fully fenced backyard with the garage attached to home.

1. Check-in is at 3 pm. You will receive check-in instructions at 9am the day of your check-in.
2. No smoking in the house. Smoking is allowed outside. Do not dispose of butts in the bushes or grass.
3.Please remove shoes in the house.
4. No parties or third-party visitors are allowed. Registered guests only. 5. Please leave used towels in the bathroom.
6. Please be respectful of the neighbors and keep noise levels to a minimum after 9pm.
7. Report any damages immediately. Any damages that exceed the deposit must be paid for by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

Senior Getaway

We were a group of 7 ‘senior’ ladies who gather 2-3 times a year to catch up, reminisce, play cards and board games. This was very well suited for our needs with its game room (pool table and poker table). Importantly, it was located equally distant for those from both eastern and western Ohio.

Tidy & clean but the SMOKE!

I was shocked at the good reviews considering the smell of old smoke that overwhelmed you when we walked into the front door. The overall Decour and cleanliness were fine, but the smoke was so unbearable. I contacted the owner as soon as we walked in. She stated her housekeeper was there earlier, and did not smell anything, even my 12-year-old son was overwhelmed by the smell. Not to mention the fruit fly infestation in the kitchen had us storing every bit of food and snacks inside the refrigerator. We went to the store to grab air sanitizer after we could not find the Febreze that the owner said was in the laundry room. I hate to complain, we VRBO multiple times a year, and we have never had an issue or a complaint against us. But after one night of the overwhelming smell, we left a day early. The owner even said they would be refunding us within the night, which we never received, and now have been told that someone will need to go in to investigate our report. I had two friends stop by that were in the area and both of them agreed that it was old musty smoke smell in the walls. It’s an older home that a decent flip was made, but you can’t get that smell out by painting walls.

This house is comfortable and close to town. The neighborhood is older but very quiet. We stayed to visit family in Vermilion and was a nice stay.

Not as nice as we had hoped.

Large hole in wall Keys left in staff only closet No dish towel to dry dishes Outside trash can was full and smelled horrible with flies all over so we had no place to put our trash. No remote to TV in game room. Found one in garage and was told not to use it so we had no tv in there unless we took another remote in there. Yard was way overgrown and we couldn’t enjoy the back yard at all Dust on furniture Full size bed frame bolts had not been tightened so we had to tighten them ourselves before it could be used. Water filter in refrigerator needed changing so we couldn’t use it. Bedding left in the dryer Chairs at the poker table bolts weren’t secure in the chairs so we had to fix all of those Owner didn’t seem concerned that we were dissatisfied
