Family trip to DC with the grandchildren. Great location with short walk to Metro. Quiet neighborhood and comfortable apartment for our crew - six adults and five children.

Awesome!

Everything about renting this property was professional and efficient. The property itself was clean, well equipped and thoughtfully equipped! We comfortably fit 6 middle school students and two adults (adults slept on the two sections of the sectional couch).

Wonderful time in DC

Overall we really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of bedrooms for our group. Beautifully decorated and very clean. We were a group of 9 and we all had plenty of room in the kitchen/living room. The kids enjoyed the games that were there. Close uber ride to all the city attractions. The only downfall was the downstairs tentat who was loud a couple of times. I reached out to the owner and he quickly got the situation resolved.

DC visit

The house was nice and plenty of room for our family of seven. The only problem was the noise that went on from the neighbors below until 4:15am. The neighborhood at night seems a little unsafe. Overall the house was clean and all amenities we needed for a fun weekend.

Wonderful place to stay and explore DC

The house was wonderfully roomy and comfortable. Our Host was responsive and helpful when we needed to reach out. The place was generously stocked with coffee and teas and paper products and dish and laundry detergent and toiletries and all the kitchen pots/pans and gadgets we were looking for. As far as location, sleeping in the front of the house was a little noisy (but we are used to the suburbs, noise level was probably completely normal for city life). Also, maybe we walk slowly but it was more like a 15-20 minute walk to the Metro, and we wished there were more restaurants and coffee shops in the immediate vicinity, but those were minor bothers overall.

The property is spacious with 2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms. Good supply of towels and water nice and hot. Easy to get into central DC from Rhode Island Ave station (5/10 min easy walk). Downside , not loads of places to eat out or grocery shops. On the whole a quiet area but one night we were disturbed by loud music and shouting into the small hours. However, the host was very responsive and hopefully this is a rare occurrence.

Family in DC

We enjoyed the property. It was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of coffee, creamers, detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels shampoo, body wash, and conditioners. There was even pancake mix and popcorn. Check-in was easy. When my code didn't work at first, Leighton was able to open the door instantly remotely. When we had an issue with a toilet, he sent someone to fix it immediately. The home has been renovated recently and everything is nice and new. There are 5 bedrooms and 6 beds so there was plenty of room for my large family from 7-72 years old to spread out. One night, there was excessive noise from the neighbors below. Leighton reached out to apologize and even refunded that night's stay. We would stay there again if ever needing that much space in DC.
