Come and enjoy this historic house in the heart of Saratoga which captures the charm of Saratoga. Being within walking distance of everything allows you to avoid the chaotic parking scene. There is one bedroom with a queen size bed, one bedroom with a full size bed, one bedroom with a queen and twin size bed and the master suite has a queen size bed. The master bath features a large tile shower and a jetted tub for soothing tired muscles. The family room has plenty of room to gather, as does the dining room with a table that expands to accommodate up to 12. The spacious deck has a table for 8 with plenty of room for others to congregate and outdoor speakers to keep a party going. The spacious kitchen is perfect for preparing meals along with the gas grill on the deck.

Why they chose this property
We absolutely love the house and the location. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! The house is spacious enough for our large family and located within walking distance of everything. Our young kids, 4 and 7 years old, were able to walk it all, to town, to the race track, to the state park and SPAC and DON"T complain that it is far!
What makes this property unique
It is nice to relax at night on the adirondack chairs with a beer or glass of wine on our quiet street and look up at the stars after entertaining friends for a BBQ dinner on the deck in the backyard. But, it is also pleasantly relaxing to take a nap on the lounge chairs on the deck in the backyard during the day. It is peacefully and private. The backyard is enclosed with a privacy fence and arborvitae trees.
