- Be kind with the AC and use at 23C or higher and turn off. There is a $100 hydro cap on rentals over 1 week. - Quiet time is after 10:00 PM.

Born and raised in Costa Rica. Lived in Atlanta for 15 years and currently living in Playas del Coco in Guanacaste, Costa Rica. Very easy going and almost never home for work reasons. I am an attorney and the producer and host of a TV show in Guanacaste where we are quite involved in the community and love meeting new people although too busy to enjoy enough with them.
