Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire lower level of the duplex, except for the garage. The backyard is shared with the upstairs tenant.
Guests will be sent detailed check-in instructions the day prior to the arrival date. Access code will be provided for self-check-in.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE: There is a tenant that lives on the upper level of this duplex. The circle driveway is reserved for this tenant-please do not park there. Parking is available in the driveway to the left of the house or street parking out front. The backyard is a shared space.
