This property is located in the serene rural neighborhood between Visalia and Exeter.
Less than an hour from Fresno Yosemite International Airport.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire property, front yard, and backyard. Free WiFi, driveway parking, linens, and propane BBQ are available to guests. The swings on the property are built by the homeowner, and fun for kids and adults alike.
Guests do NOT have access to the garage.

Things to Note
There is a swimming pool behind the neighbor's house which is NOT available for guest use.
House Rules
No pets, please. There are animals (dogs, horses, cows..) that live on the neighboring properties.
Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am.
If you’re going for a walk, please stay on the property (no trespassing on neighboring ranches).
Extra guests must be disclosed and permitted.
Please remove shoes in the home.
The owners live at a neighboring property and are available to help if necessary, but please message any needs through the app (this is a management company) if you need anything or have any questions, even if you’ve met them. We want to give them their privacy.
There is a seasonal water basin, much like a small lake, right off the back of the property. You are welcome to kayak, walk alongside it, etc. at your own risk. Please keep a close eye on children.
Removal of smoke detectors is against the law. If there is an issue with a smoke detector chirping, please let us know. Smoking is not permitted at this property.
Parties are not permitted. Any large, loud, unapproved gathering will result in a $1,000 party fine.
*Important* Please do not plug in your EV unless there is a designated EV outlet/charger there. Any damage to the electrical will result in at least a $1000 fee.
