Wie in der Beschreibung, ein kleines gemĂŒtliches HĂ€uschen fĂŒr 4 Personen. Einziges Manko sind die knarrenden Betten.

Aufenthalt gut. Zu wenig Platz, da Obergeschoß aufgrund sehr steiler Treppe nicht nutzbar. Inventar schon Ă€lter aber alles ausreichend vorhanden. Das Haus liegt in einem Ferienpark und ist deshalb fĂŒr Ruhesuchende nicht zu empfehlen.

GemĂŒtliches SchwedenhĂ€uschen beim See

Schöne Schwedenhaussiedlung mit Multisportplatz, Beachvolleyball, fußlĂ€ufig zur Badestelle. Schön ruhig. Liegt toll in der Seenplatte.HĂ€uschen gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet. WLAN könnte stabiler sein. 1 Schlafzimmer, anderen 2 Betten oben auf offener Empore.Netter, hilfsbereiter Hausmeister an der Rezeption. Hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!!

Lage in Userin wunderbar, auch in der Ferienanlage erstaunlich ruhig. Zur Unterkunft: HĂ€tte mir eine deutlich sauberere Unterkunft gewĂŒnscht, auch die Ausstattung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der hohe Preis des FH erscheint mir dadurch leider nicht gerechtfertigt. Nichtdestotrotz hatten wir schöne Tage in dieser wunderschönen Region!

Das HĂ€uschen steht in einer Ferienhausanlage, in der der Autoverkehr nur zur An- und Abreise erlaubt ist. Das macht es wunderbar ruhig und ungefĂ€hrlich fĂŒr Kinder. Der Spielplatz liegt gleich hinterm Haus, an sonnigen Tagen gibt es leider zu keiner Tageszeit Schatten.Zum Useriner See sind es gemĂŒtliche 5min Fußweg, die Badestelle ist ideal fĂŒr kleine Kinder.Im Ort gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit Waren des tĂ€glichen Bedarfs, Backwaren kann man dort bestellen, der Laden öffnet 09.00 Uhr.Das HĂ€uschen selbst ist gemĂŒtlich und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Eine recht steile Stiege fĂŒhrt zum Schlafbereich unterm Dach, fĂŒr kleinere Kinder also nicht zu empfehlen.Das Schlafzimmer ist sehr hellhörig - die Pumpe der SpĂŒlmaschine, der Durchlauferhitzer im Bad und Schritte/Bettknarren aus dem OG sind deutlich zu hören. Die Betten waren fĂŒr unseren Geschmack sehr bequem, es liegt sich eher hart.Der Herd/Ofen ist schon sehr alt, da braucht das Kochen etwas Geduld.Die Sonnenschirme, LiegestĂŒhle und der Grill sollten dringend ersetzt werden. Die sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen bzw. der Grill ist absolut nicht fĂŒr 4 Personen ausgelegt.Fliegengitter an den Fenstern sind vorhanden.Der Handyempfang ist sehr schlecht, WLAN ist prinzipiell vorhanden, aber davon kommt nicht viel an - zum Ausspannen perfekt!Ansonsten gibt es in Userin direkt nur die schöne Natur zu entdecken. Wer etwas mehr Action haben will, fĂ€hrt zB nach Neustrelitz (15min mit dem Auto).

Es war ein kleines gemĂŒtliches Haus, nicht ganz sauber. Einiges könnte mal erneuert werden, der Grill z.B. wĂ€re nicht zu gebrauchen gewesen. Noch erwĂ€hnen sollte man - die Treppe nach oben ist sehr, sehr steil mit ganz schmalen Stufen (man Mann hat sie HĂŒhnerleiter genannt).

Sehr schöne Umgebung. Haus sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Ein sehr alter Plattenherde macht sich in der Stromabrechnung durchaus bemerkbar. GrundsÀtzlich die Frage warum Familien mit Kindern, die nur in der Hauptsaison Urlaub machen können soviel mehr bezahlen bezahlen.bezbezahlenalbezahlen als Menschen ohne Kinder

War mit meiner Mutter fĂŒr sechs Tage und haben einfach genossen. Die Lage ist schön, gemĂŒtlich und die Ruhe im Februar fast keiner Touristen da :) Immer wieder gerne.

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt, wunderbar ruhig, wie erhofft. Unterkunft: sehr gutes Preis-LeistungsverhÀltnis; einfach, aber sauber und alles da, was man braucht. Ein Stern Abzug, da leider nur sehr schlechter bzw. teils gar kein WLAN- Empfang.

Urlaub im Oktober 2023

Meine Frau und ich waren im Oktober eine Woche im Ferienhaus und hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Verwalter super nett und zuvorkommend. Besonders der Kamin ist an kalten Abenden zu empfehlen. Einzig der sehr laute KĂŒhlschrank ( mussten wir Nachts ausschalten ) und der sehr billige Grill sind ein kleines Manko. Danke fĂŒr die schöne Zeit. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Katja und Rainer

Schöne Zeit

Wie erwartet haben wir das kleine fĂŒr max. 4 Personen eingerichtete Haus in ruhiger Lage bezogen. Die Ausstattung war gut und absolut ausreichend. Der Verwalter war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Bis auf kleine "Schönheitsfehler" hat alles gestimmt. Der Useriner See und die Umgebung sind sehr charmant und wunderbar, um mit der Familie zu wandern, mit dem Rad zu fahren oder auch einfach nur zum Entspanben. Wir könnten uns hier einen weiteren Urlaub gut vorstellen.

Urlaub mit Enkeln

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage .FĂŒr Kinder absolut geeignet. Der Spielplatz und Strand waren perfekt. Die Wohneinrichtung ist in die Jahre gekommen. Man sollte darĂŒber nachdenken Teile zu erneuern. Damit meine ich innen sowie auch außen Möbel. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Anlage in Userin ist auf alle FĂ€lle weiter zu empfehlen.

Sehr erholsam

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und wollen nĂ€chstes Jahr wiederkommen. Due Gegend ist wunderschön. Man lĂ€uft ca. 3 min bis zum See, an dem es auch eine Badestelle gibt. Das Haus war sauber. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Warmwasser und KĂŒchengerĂ€te haben funktioniert. Ein 2. SchlĂŒssel fĂŒr das Haus, wĂ€re von Vorteil gewesen. Im Inserat geht allerdings nicht hervor, dass das Schwedenhaus in einer Ferienanlage liegt. Auch die Fotos geben den Eindruck, dass man allein wĂ€re. Das mĂŒsste evtl. mal geĂ€ndert werden. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit.
