Make yourself at home in this brand-new, fully-equipped apartment at LIFE Bucerías, a new development in the heart of the Golden Zone of Bucerías, just steps away from a beautiful beach and close to great restaurants of all kinds of food.

Enjoy your private balcony, don't miss a day of training in the on-site gym, and relax in the Jacuzzi and pool area.

*The space*

The apartment has a bedroom with a king-size bed, a 55" Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, a large closet, and a full bathroom with a "rain" shower. There is a private balcony with outdoor chairs to enjoy the sunsets.

The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, a microwave oven, a full-size fridge/freezer, a toaster, a blender, a coffee maker, and an electric oven, and has all the basics for cooking and eating such as glasses, plates, cups, pots and pans, kitchen utensils, etc.

The living room has a sofa bed ideal for two more guests to sleep comfortably, a second Smart TV, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and a second full bathroom. The table under the TV works as a dining table for four people. Inside the apartment, there is an electric washer/dryer for light loads as well as beach chairs and umbrellas available for guests.

All guests have access to the pool/jacuzzi and gym areas on the 1st floor of the building.
