Above the Florida treeline, with stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico, located on the Cocohatchee river in North Naples, Florida, this 2BR/2BA Condo at Anchorage of Vanderbilt, near Delnor-Wiggins State Park, is hitting the market late in the 2022 rental season - but will go fast. Located on the Cocohatchee River, docks line the waterside and a communal pool and hot tub are shared by condo guests. On the top floor of the building, this condo has just the right beachy feel
& decor to suit your Florida getaway. It includes a full cable & internet package, along with bonus amenities like desktop computers & printers, and bikes for guests. Parking directly underneath the building - guest parking too - with restaurants and nightlife of Naples (15 min) & Bonita Springs (10 min) and Fort Myers (30 min) away. Although flooding damage during Hurricane Ian made a bit of a mess, the property itself was left in-tact and is well recovered, with amenties including the pool scheduled to reopen before the end of the year! Great experience.

Very central location. Property is well maintained. Residents are very friendly and Nick, the property manager, was very responsive. We had a great experience and would definitely stay again.
