Perry's place was perfect for me and my family. We enjoyed the kitchen, being able to cook was a money saver. And the pool was calm and clean. We took full advantage of the house and surrounding amenities. The oasis club was easy to access and I was glad we could use it. I will be looking to go again some time in the future. Thank you!

This house is great and matches the description perfectly. It is conveniently located near Disney, with plenty of grocery stores and food options nearby. The Oasis Clubhouse is a highlight, offering fantastic rides for kids. While our overall experience was good, a few improvements could have made our stay phenomenal.

We rented the house for two weeks and everything was as described. The house was in great shape and very clean upon arrival. We had one small issue with the oven but the repair team was dispatched and fixed the same day. We would definitely rent and recommend this renter and service company.

The home housed our family well- spaced and layouts, beds and bathrooms for a party of 6-8. Area is nice, but neighborhood is very congested. Not sure if we would stay at championsgate again. Owner was fairly quick to answer questions. Home rental does not include additional toilet paper, part towels, dish cloths or washcloths, additional trashbags. Zero kitchen essentials from the grocery store (no salt/pepper/cooking oil. Not a big deal, but didn't think of these items when we got groceries as vrbo rentals often include a pantry of sorts of non-perishables to work from. Only one towel per person. Large property is gated and getting in and out of the gate each day was often a struggle. A Towel rack or two were loose/poorly installed and the freezer door handle came off right in my had. Duct tape on thresholds on the carpet. Home has just had some wear and tear, but very clean and nice.
