Built in 2020, this well appointed, split level home features an expansive view of Kachemak Bay and offers everything you need for your coastal getaway. Located in town, it is 10 minutes from the Homer Spit and less than 5 minutes from local amenities. Open concept upstairs with large kitchen, living and dining areas. King primary suite and two additional bedrooms with queen beds located downstairs. There is one exterior security camera on the garage overlooking the driveway. There is also a doorbell camera at the front door with a view of the walkway. Both devices will be on during your stay and record audio and video. Minimum 2 night stay/maximum 14 nights.

Beautiful property with a great view

This was a clean and comfortable property with all the amenities one could want. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch with the fire pit going. The furniture was comfortable. We appreciated the array of spices and the local designer salt. The binder on the table provided all the information we needed. The one bedroom doesn't have heat, which might have been a problem if the weather has been colder, but as it was, there was no issue. Overall, this was a great property that we'd happily visit again.

I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Vrbo home in Homer! Traveling with a group of four, we were amazed by the impeccable cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the house. The spacious living room and kitchen were a true delight, equipped with everything we needed. The fire pit added a cozy touch, and the views of the water were absolutely stunning. The comfortable beds ensured a restful night's sleep, and the convenient location was perfect for exploring. A special shoutout to the fantastic host who made our experience even more memorable. Can't wait to return!
