About this property

New home with views of Cook Inlet and towering glaciated volcanoes

Enjoy the most amazing Homer sunsets with views of Cook Inlet, Mt. Augustine and Mt. Iliamna from this quiet home with open concept kitchen/dining room/living room and master bedroom. This home is .5 mile off the main highway and set on 2.5 acres with 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Master bedroom is upstairs on main level with king bed and attached bathroom with door to the front deck. Also on the main level is a powder room, laundry room, kitchen, dining room and living room. Entrance to the main level has a ramp. Downstairs has a separate door entrance and hosts two bedrooms, one bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom has a full, twin and an ottoman that makes into a twin bed with a memory foam mattress. Both downstairs rooms share a full bathroom with tub. It's a brand new build with all updated appliances, radiant in-floor heat and views from every room. The Homer spit is 13 miles south of our home which means when you come back from your busy daily adventures, the only thing you'll have to worry about is where to sit to enjoy the sunset with the serenity of trees, moose and traveling ships in the inlet.

This house was fantastic. Not only was it as nice as we could have hoped for, they had thought of lots of little details that I didn’t. Such as chip clips, a coffee maker that ground beans that they provided, sweaters, ceiling fans, extra pillows, lots of pots, pans, etc.We seriously could not have been happier.

Beautiful home outside of Homer

We had a wonderful stay. This property owner has thought of it all - from laundry detergent to extra blankets to every kitchen utensil needed! Gorgeous views to top it all off.

Summer Alaskan Adventure

Another awesome stay!

We returned to this home again since we had such a great experience last year. I am able to function in this house as I do at your home, i.e. washing clothes, cooking meals, etc. Beds are super comfy, kitchen is fully stocked, home is convenient to Homer and the view is amazing! We will return again - Susan is an amazing host!

Beautiful home! Views were incredible once the clouds cleared, but even with clouds and fog it was beautiful. The house was clean and very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with plenty of dishes and cooking supplies. We would love the opportunity for a return visit!

Beautiful home with spectacular views! We thoroughly enjoyed this house on all fronts. The only downside was having small kids and not fully being able to relax as we didn't want to make anything dirty it was so clean : ) Highly recommended.

Absolutely Wonderful

The home is absolutely spectacular! Everything you will ever need is at your fingertips. Susan is fantastic! My husband and I have raised our four boys here in Homer. It's where they grew up, learned to play hockey and currently commercial fish. We have owned and operated a long range fishing and hunting business in Homer and Kodiak for 21 years and still going strong for us. We now are snow birds spending our 'off' time in Las Vegas. We hope you enjoy and fall in love with Homer as it will always have a special place in our hearts.

We bought this brand new build in February of 2020 and the property below it so that we would always have a beautiful quiet home for us to use and our boys to come home to. We feel privileged to be able to share it with you and your families.
