Amazing Property

We came for a work trip and was amazed by this property. They take the time and care to ensure you have everything you need and are comfortable. The pool and hot tub are great features. The location is great close to everything yet not touristy. The only thing I would suggest them doing is adding TVs to the two spare bedrooms, and that’s not even a big deal.

Very comfortable and clean house. Well-equipped kitchen. Convenient to shopping, restaurants, and attractions. 15 minutes to Cocoa Beach and RonJons. 10 minutes to Cocoa village. Quiet neighborhood, great for walking. A little chilly during our stay, so we didn't use the pool.
