Completely renovated A-frame just a short walk away from sandy Plaice Cove Beach in Hampton, NH. Located in a quiet and friendly neighborhood, this 2 bed, 1 bath beach house was fully remodeled inside and out. You'll enjoy relaxing with friends and family in this fun and inviting space, all within close proximity to great surf, local restaurants and shops. With it's own driveway, yard space, outdoor shower, covered patio, central air and WiFi , we have everything covered for a stress-free stay!

Washer/dryer included. Linens and bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels. First floor bedroom has a queen bed. Upstairs bedroom has a twin and a full bed. Queen air mattress also available. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Beach toys, skim board and boogie boards (2) available for use.

We Loved!

This property and its owners were great to deal with from start to finish. Our time at the house was brief but we enjoyed every second of it. Very clean and the hosts were extremely communicative. We would definitely go back and hope to do so in the future!

Relaxing week in Hampton Beach

Super nice house with a great location. The house was super clean, plenty of space in the backyard and inside. Great communication with the owner, I highly recommend this location.

Location, ambiance and convenience.

The great: Walking distance to Plaice cove, a hidden gem of a beach. Close enough to the action of "The wall" but not on top of everything. The footprint is not huge being an A-frame, but the kitchen is spacious, and the living room is comfortable. The main bedroom that I slept in had plenty of room. The just OK: One bathroom, so plan accordingly. Tiny shower so get used to using the outdoor shower for part of the time. Just realize the outdoor shower is just enclosed on three sides which is fine for me but if you are modest, be forewarned. With that being said, I would definitely stay there again unless a similar place was nearby at a lower price which in unlikely. Oh yeah, if you are looking for a good place to eat, a short drive up to the edge of Rye and Portsmouth is the Atlantic Grill.

Perfect for a family of 4!

Close to the beach, kids had their own beds and we got our bedroom. All the essentials were available (ketchup, butter, oil, shampoo, etc) and we even could borrow the boogie boards and beach chairs. We loved our stay!
