This unique, Southern-style Property features plenty of space for everyone in your group. Made up of three homes on a large walled property, including a private heated outdoor pool where everyone can come together! The Tiki hut, with its outdoor bar, waterfall feature, and comfortable poolside seating, will be a fun place to gather and enjoy Paradise! The screened-in game room, complete with Ping-Pong and foosball, will rank a close second. This lovely estate sprawls out over a vibrant property, where up to 20 lucky guests can sleep in the Main Villa, the Sunset Cottage, or up in the guest home known as "the Treehouse." The well-equipped, full kitchen in the Main Villa is perfect for cooking together, while Treehouse guests can store and reheat their leftovers in the different kitchenettes. The Sunset Cottage features a full kitchen and living area as well, perfect for families. Private washer/dryers in all units will help take care of all the swimsuits while the whole group enjoys meals together. And when it's time to turn in for the day, this entire property offers a grand total of eight bedrooms and a loft to ensure everyone is comfortable for the night.

Visit the Ernest Hemingway Home and the Key West Lighthouse, both less than 20 miles from your door! If you'd like to get out on the water, this home is just a short walk from a small kayak launch area for exploring the backwaters of Sugarloaf Key, while Cudjoe Marina and Sugarloaf Marina both offer boat ramps, gas, and bait, just 10 minutes north and south. Walkers will also enjoy this home's connection to a private nature trail at the end of Crane Boulevard for hiking, biking, rollerblading, and viewing local wildlife including key deer, cranes, eagles, and osprey in their natural habitat. Great property for large groups.

We stayed at this property for 4 days and 3 nights to celebrate a milestone birthday with friends and family. This place is huge! The main house was the gathering point for everyone and had a great family room and kitchen. We had some of our party stay in the Treehouse and some in the Sunset Cottage, plenty of space for everyone with some privacy for all. We spent most of the time by the pool and Tiki Hut. The hut had Bluetooth speakers so it was easy to play the music we wanted. Great location with easy access to Key West. This property would be great for family reunions, birthday celebrations, and any gathering of friends or family. Be forewarned, the Keys are really hot and humid in the summer!

Great Stay!

More than enough room to accommodate 16 of us down there for a bachelor party. Pool was great place to hang out. Could use more plates for the big groups, but other than that definitely recommend if you want more space than what you would get in Key West. About a 25-30 minute drive to Key West activities, which was worth it for privacy, lots of rooms/beds and great pool

Dream vacation

We were very happy with the location to Key West. Your facilities are great. The heated pool and tiki bar were really nice and used every day! The treehouse was fabulous. The bedrooms were all very nice. Only two negatives from the group-the cockroaches found in the main house and the main house clothes dryer took a long time to dry. These were not big negatives in any way!! Thank you for helping to make our vacation a fabulous experience!

We had an amazing time at this place! It have everything we needed and more. The property was massive and perfectly taken care of! It was like a vacation in itself. Would high recommend to anyone going to the keys area to stay here!
