See the signatures on the wall in the main room where you can see enthusiastic visitors and residents from 1897 all the way through the 2000's. But - PLEASE do not add your own signature to the wall. We really want to preserve the whispers of the past in place.
*** Please NOTE: Our cabin is fed by a 1000 GAL cistern, so water is not infinite. Please be aware of your water usage! No misuse of water!***

✓ All guests not accompanied by a parent must be at least 21 years old.
✓ Please be advised that nightly rate increases when you add your pups and will not show as a separate line item during the booking process. It is important to reveal the number of guests and dogs during the booking process. If there are more than the amount of guests or any gatherings are held, we reserve the right to terminate your stay without refund under lack of adherence to house rules.
✓ Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is 10 AM. If available, we may be able to accommodate early check-in for $50.00. Earliest time is 12:00 PM.
✓ The $100 pet fee covers 2 dogs. If you will be bringing 3 or more, an additional fee of $40 applies for each additional dog.
✓ If you used the gas fireplace, please make sure the gas is OFF when you leave the cabin
✓ Please note: Potential for snow and a walk up is very possible. Being in the mountains, there's a possibility of severe weather and our snow plowing services might not be available.
✓ Recommend a 4x4 vehicle from October to April.
✓ Road up to Cabin is a bit steep, so if visiting in winter, we recommend a 4x4 or any vehicle that could handle steep and snowy roads.
✓ Nearest grocery store is about a 15 minute drive.
✓ NO CAMPFIRES: Park County does not allow short-term renters to have wood campfires on the property. It is against the County regulations and will be strictly enforced.
