The cabin was awesome-everything needed to be our home away from home! It was hard to work remote with the distracting views. Cozy, clean, and close-didnt have to spend time driving so we could spend more time relaxing and exploring! The hosts were awesome too!
The house was beautiful with a nice layout for multiple guests. It is located in a quiet, peaceful area. We stayed here for a wedding in the area and it was perfect.
Beautiful area, cabin was very nice, lots of added amenities and nice touches you don't always get at rentals. Communication with host was very quick and thorough.
This cabin is cozy, well stocked, and super comfortable. Very impressed with how quiet the neighborhood was. The deer came right up to the house ad the view was beautiful.
House was even better than advertised. Beautiful view and home was perfectly appointed. Bedroom, bathroom and living area on lower level was like a second home. Great property.
During a difficult time, this cabin provided a serene and comforting retreat. The tranquil mountain views and cozy atmosphere offered much-needed solace. The thoughtful amenities and quiet surroundings created a space to reflect and unwind. We are grateful for the care and detail that made our stay as peaceful as possible.
Great place to stay. We're building a home not far away and this works much better then a hotel and much more comfortable.Driveway is a little more challenging because we have big trucks but we figured out best way to approach. Brooke the manager does an excellent job in addressing needs and responding quickly. We'll go back there again.
Immaculate, well-appointed, serene and sophisticated mountain home. Host was friendly and very responsive and helpful! I would recommend 1,000 percent!
Not only were we cozy and incredibly impressed with the house; the two porches, the to-die-for kitchen and the amenities; we appreciated the owner’s response at two am when we had trouble with locks. I’d book this again in a HEARTBEAT. Thank yall so much!
This mountain home is gorgeous with every amenity included. It is clean and updated. The 2 decks are nice for sitting and enjoying the beautiful views. I thoroughly enjoyed morning walks with the dog. We had several deer sightings. I messaged Brooke with a check in question since this was my first VRBO experience and she answered promptly. She even gave some advice about local happenings. I would love to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend this home for a fabulous stay!
This is such a comfortable home and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The private deck does not disappoint and has a beautiful view. The snow was magical, especially in all the pine trees. Brooke responded quickly and answered our questions. The home is spotless and the bed was comfortable. The light in the bathroom is cool.

Brooke was very nice and accommodating for a very last minute quiet weekend getaway to get out of Denver. The house was amazing and very cozy. The neighbors were closer than I expected, but we didn't hear them much. The hosts had a gorgeous welcome book complete with hikes and things to do in the area. The house was equipped with a smart lock, so no keys were needed. And check out was a breeze. The only thing I was sad about was the outdoor couch was missing. But Colorado winters aren't nice to outdoor furniture. It ended up hailing during our stay anyway, so we were happy being snuggled up on the comfy couch inside with provided (and so incredibly soft that I wanted to steal one) blankets.
They’ve decorated this place so well, and we enjoyed staying here. The front door was very hard to open/close. It just sticks towards the bottom. The drive way is a short switchback so just be prepared for that if you have more than 2 vehicles staying, and staying during the winter. We left an item behind, and we reached out to get it. Still haven’t received it, but I’m sure they’ll get around to it. Overall happy with our stay here..
The cabin was awesome to stay in! Great communication the whole way through and very helpful with your recommend recommendations for things to do in the area

Our cabin brings us so much joy each time we visit, I love sharing that experience with guests who choose to stay at our home and hearing about what they liked most during their stay.
Why they chose this property
Bailey is the perfect mix of mountain peacefulness without being too remote. There is so much to explore in the area, we love all of the parks, trails, rivers, lakes, local shops and scenic drives. To be a little over an hour from the Denver airport with quick 10 minute access to several local restaurants and stores or a 20 minute drive to Conifer is convenient for a place that feels hidden away from the hustle of the city.
What makes this property unique
Pine Perch is a luxurious mountain home with a private feel. Surrounded by tall pine trees you can enjoy sweeping views off the back deck as you breathe fresh mountain air. With plenty of parking and a full acre wooded lot, there is space to stretch out and enjoy the wildlife who frequently visit our home. Inside the cabin is plush with tasteful amenities, areas to work or relax and a fully stocked kitchen. Enjoy the wood burning fireplace as you curl up with a good book or kick back for movie night after gazing at a sky full of stars while the fire pit dances its orange glow on the deck.
We love it here and know you will too!
