The Space:
As you enter this one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo, you will be impressed with the high ceilings and modern decor the condo boasts. With a large window bringing in an abundance of natural light, modern lighting fixtures, and an inviting fireplace, you will be ready to settle in and relax from the moment you arrive.
When you first enter the condo, you will find the first full bathroom located immediately to your right. The bathroom features tiled flooring, a single-sink vanity with under-the-sink storage space, built-in shelving, and a tiled shower/bathtub. Just a few steps down the hallway from the bathroom, you will come to the lovely open-concept kitchen and living room of the condo.
In the open kitchen, you will find tiled floors, stainless steel appliances, and a large kitchen bar with four barstools overlooking the living room. The kitchen is a lovely space with spacious countertops, wood cabinets, and modern light fixtures. You will enjoy preparing a meal in this fully equipped kitchen where you will have everything you need, from a blender to a crockpot, to prepare a delicious meal.
Connected to the kitchen is the living room. During the daytime, enjoy this space as a living area with an additional chair, two side tables, and a coffee table for your use. In the evening, relax as you warm up by the electric fireplace and watch a movie from the mounted 48" smart TV. In the morning, open up the blinds to look out over the pool and patio area to check on the weather for the day before preparing for your next adventure.
Just off the living room, you will find the bedroom which is set up as a hotel-style space featuring a kitchenette, full bathroom, and a laundry closet. The large bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed, a nightstand with a lamp, closet space, and a desk with a chair and lamp tucked into the corner near the bed. Across the room, you will find a dresser for you to unpack your things with a 40" TV with cable sitting on top.
On the other side of the bedroom is a hotel-style kitchenette that has everything you need to prepare quick snacks or that first cup of coffee in the morning. In the kitchenette, you will find a mini fridge, coffee maker, ice bucket, and microwave, as well as two water glasses and coffee mugs. This room also enjoys natural light from the large window overlooking the pool and patio area, with Canyons Resort and mountain views visible in the background. The window has blinds for privacy and to keep the room nice and dark for those mornings you are hoping to sleep in.
Walk down the hallway from the bedroom, and you will find a closet containing a stacked washer and dryer with a coat rack hanging just nearby, making clean-up convenient during your stay. At the end of the hall, adjacent to a second entry/exit into the condo, is an additional full bathroom. This full bathroom boasts tiled flooring, a single-sink vanity with lovely countertops, and a spacious freestanding shower with a glass door.
Guests in this home are also welcome to enjoy the shared spaces on-site, including the hot tub, pool, fitness center, and workspaces, which are located in the same wing of the hotel as the condo. This condo is located on the first floor with a separate door leading straight out to the bustling streets and a short walk to Canyon Village. At this condo, you are also just steps to the elevator that will take you to the underground parking garage, making for easy loading and unloading from condo to car.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire space as well as the shared amenities which include an outdoor pool and hot tub, a fitness center, and a sauna. You will also have access to one free parking space in the building's parking garage. Please note this is not a designated parking spot and is a first come, first serve parking lot.
The Neighborhood:
This home is perfectly situated at the base of Canyons Village at Park City, placing you in the middle of the action at Canyons Resort. Just a three-minute walk from the home will take you to Canyon Village, where you will find a lively area filled with myriad shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Enjoy easy access to some of the best slopes in Park City with Orange Bubble Express, Red Pine Gondola, and Cabriolet Ski lift all within a less than 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is full of endless opportunities for adventure with Snyderville Basin Recreation Center and the Utah Olympic Park both a 10-minute drive away, Old Town and historic Main Street districts less than a 10-minute drive away, and Deer Valley Resort 15 minutes away. Or get in some shopping at the outlets located in Kimball Junction just a 10-minute drive from the condo. The location of this home places many of Park City’s incredible outdoor locations at your fingertips!
Getting Around:
This home is a short, three-minute walk from Canyons Village and is located on a FREE shuttle line - the Canyons Village Connect Shuttle - that will pick up guests outside the condo's building and take them to the base of the ski resort and back. Guests can also utilize the Silverado Lodge shuttle to and from the resort base and chair lifts. Just a five-minute walk from the home, you will arrive at Canyon Resort Drive, where you will find multiple bus stops that will connect you to the entire FREE Park City Transit Bus system. This bus route will connect you to just about anywhere in this area, from Kimball Junction to Deer Valley Resort and everywhere in between. The FREE Main Street Trolley is also available once in Park City and is an iconic way to explore the historic area. Uber/Lyft are also always available.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that oversized vehicles will not fit in the parking structure. This condo is located nearby several conference rooms, which can at times have late meetings that may cause some additional noise in the area.

• Check-in is anytime after 4PM
• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.
• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.
• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.
• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
