Best Views in Zona Romantica - Vallarta Style Living
This is Hacienda Style modern living. All of the artwork is painted by a local artist. This colorful condo is inviting and relaxing with handblown glass fixtures, spa like bathrooms, and cozy lighting. Enjoy all the nearby clubs and restaurants on the Malecon. And enjoy a relaxing evening in the Home Theater which opens to the main living area, OR the Theater can be converted to a fully private second bedroom with plush King Bed. The condo is accessed by one flight of stairs from the condo street entrance. Secure entry at main gate, plus separate secure entry to condo and a large private covered patio with lots of flowers, hummingbirds and fresh herbs for cooking. The main large pool is 5 flights of stairs down from the condo. Hot Tub is on an elevated roof top 3 levels up from Pool with great views of entire bay. There are no elevators. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom. Second bedroom is a home theater, or converted to private second bedroom with adjacent private bathroom. You'll enjoy plush King Size beds, super soft and comfy sheets. Master Bedroom features large fold out television for in-room TV or patio TV viewing for sports. The second bedroom is a home theather or bedroom feature 86 Inch television with surround sound to watch shows and movies and US news. We will greet you upon arrival including welcome amenities and beverages. You can message your host in Vallarta during your stay. Condo includes purified water and purified ice. If you want to get away from it all in a colorful and romantic mountainside spot, with quick walks to all the best beach clubs, the Romantic Zone, the boardwalk and hundreds of restaurants, this condo is definitely for you.

Great Puerto Vallarta Getaway
We had a great week at Kent's condo while in Puerto Vallarta. The apartment had everything we could need as well as a great view and pool. We also were close to all the nightlife in the Zona Romantica and el Centro.
Kent made him self available for any needs we might have and gave us great recommendations for places to visit during our stay. We would definitely stay again with me Kent.

Amazing Condo!
This is a terrific property! The condo is amazing and well decorated. You couldn’t ask for a better view of the ocean and Puerto Vallarta. It’s a little bit of a hike but we love walking. You must go further up the hill and then into town … fun walk. We cannot say enough good things about Kent, Luis and all of the staff! It was a wonderful stay and vacation!!!!

Our condo is located in Amapas, a beautiful mountainside community, just a 5 minute walk down the hill to the Zona Romantica and hundreds of restaurants and clubs. Plus, from our condo you'll get a nightly firework show -- several times.
What makes this property unique
We remodeled in 2023, and our proud to say that all of our tiling is Mexican, including the art in the condo which was painted and crafted by local artists. It's a modern Mexican hacienda, and we can't forget to mention the colorful hearts on our patio.
