Private and quiet 4 year old brick home surrounded by woods on 12 acres with its own hiking trail. Just 1/2 mile from Wood Creek Lake boat dock. Six miles from London restaurants and shopping. Washer & Dryer included. 5 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, walk out basement, wrap around porches, camp fire pit. Lots of wildlife, deer, squirrels, birds. Great fishing in the lake just minutes away. (previous State record largemouth bass). Minutes from I-75, Lake Cumberland, Laurel Lake, Rockcastle River, and more. 11 miles to Wildcat off-road ATV Park. Very peaceful with no close neighbors. Walk or drive to Wood Creek Lake. Hike through the woods past the mountain laurel and rhododendron to the rock cliffs. Beautiful view of woods from extra large windows. Security cameras are on the exterior of the house. Free high speed internet wifi 300mbps.

Big beautiful home in the heart of nature

This home is even more impressive than the picture. Quiet and private. It blew our expectations away when we opened the door and saw how spacious it was. Pool table and fire pit kept us entertained at night. I will definitely stay again next time we go to Wildcat Offroad Park.

2024 Fall Trip

This home was absolutely perfect. We loved that it was secluded and peaceful. We will be back and tell our friends about this home. We spent a lot of time on the front porch looking over the picturesque property. The private trail for this property was so cool, a great amenity to have on a rental home. The walk down to the lake and the view around the lake was exceptional. We even added a night with owner because we loved being there so much. It was an easy transaction, and he was kind. This home would be great for a large family or even a girls trip. Everyone has their own private space. The large windows in the home made picture perfect views. 10 out of 10! I could go on and on about it. You want to book this home on your next visit to Kentucky.

Stunning sanctuary

I cannot say enough out this property. Beautiful, peaceful setting, with everything you need for a fabulous stay. Located outside of town but minutes from restaurants, shopping etc. We traveled with two other adult family members. Plenty of space and privacy for everyone. We loved starting our morning off with coffee on the second story deck, and rounding out the day with shooting pool in the basement. We have stayed at multiple vacation rental properties… this one tops them all. The sheets and towels luxuries and plush. We enjoyed waking to the incredible views out the oversized window. Excellent communication with host… not that we had any real need. We all agreed, we could just move in and stay.

Gorgeous Getaway

We enjoyed this rural stay outside of London, KY, which served as our home base for a week of dayhiking the Daniel Boone National Forest. It was just the two of us and our dog so we closed off all the extra bedrooms and bathrooms to save on the host's cleaning. The master bedroom and bathroom were very comfortable and had a huge window view of the back woods which made us feel part of the great outdoors. The bed, linens and towels were first rate. The host was kind and reimbursed us for a few more kitchen essentials we needed to be able to prepare meals as opposed to going into town to eat. The house and yard are set back from the road about 300 feet. The yard is surrounded by woods with no close neighbors so our stay was very quiet and peaceful.

Beatiful home and property! We were a group of 5 couples and the home fit us perfectly. Plenty of parking for our trucks/trailers. Nice amenities throughout the property, including a blackstone grill and large campfire area. The host Mike was easy to work with and quick to respond.

Beautiful, clean and very quiet. My only recommendation is you need ceiling fans in the bedrooms or let the guest know there are not ceiling fans in the bedrooms so they may bring one. We will definitely be back! I highly recommend this place
