Needs a deep cleaning. Linens were plentiful and in excellent condition. All appliances worked. AC worked well. Bathrooms are small. Fixtures in good working order. Appreciate the cable tv. Noisy traffic from 5 am till 9 am. Adequate parking and turn around. Smoke detectors were disconnected. Broken drawer in kitchen. Yard was well kept. Not much to rent in the area so this is it.

House look like a handyman clean. There were clothes in the washer and dryer that smelled. Also, the sheets look like they were still dirty and no pillowcases on the pillows.
