Our VALLEY CONDO is perfectly nestled within the White Mountains! Walking distance to Town Square.
Easy access and self check-in/check-out. • Clean and Spacious 2,200 square feet. • Sleeps 9, with a fantastic bunk room for the kids. • 3 Bedrooms / 7 Beds (Queen, Double, 5 Twins in the Bunk Room). • 3.5 Bathrooms. • Sun-filled, open-concept living space, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. • Gas-fire place makes our living room warm and cozy. • Large family room at the lower level for family movies and for kids to hang out. • Board/card games and DVD player (bring your favorite movies or watch our favorite sitcom “Friends” All 10 Seasons). • Smart TV: log into your Netflix, Hulu or other account to watch your favorite series. • Large capacity washer and dryer within the condo. • Little library in the living room

• WMAC MEMBERSHIP -- Our Valley Condo has membership to the White Mountain Athletic Center. Guests are welcome to use the facilities with a guest fee of $20 pp or max. $50 per family (per day). WMAC has indoor /outdoor pools, indoor tennis, fitness equipment and classes, and spa services! It is 1-min. drive or 7-min stroll to the WMAC.

• SO MUCH TO DO -- Many activities and events year-round and all within minutes of the condo. Walk to Nordic Trails and Snowshoeing. 4 amazing Mountain Resorts nearby for Skiing and Riding but of course WATERVILLE VALLEY RESORT is only 6 minutes or free shuttle to/from the mountain and practically to your doorstep.

Lovely home

A very well cared for home Extremely comfortable and spacious The owners are very attentive and kind. We have traveled to Waterville 1-2 times per ski season for ski competitions for the past 5-6 years with our children. Our stay in this home was- by far- the most comfortable and pleasant stay We very much appreciate the owners sharing their phone with our family

So cute!

Very CUTE & CLEAN condo! We had a great stay with family for a quick ski trip to Waterville and this was a great place to stay with family. A lot of seating in the common area and we loved being able to sit down for breakfast and dinner together. Location was great! We walked into town and also utilized the shuttle to the mountain. Would absolutely come back. Communication was fantastic.

Beautiful condo with an amazing location!

Location, location, location! Tina and Rich's condo is just minutes away from the Waterville Valley ski mountain, community center and restaurants. You couldn't ask for a better location! The condo itself is beautiful, super clean and well stocked. Tina and Rich are great hosts checking in to make sure we had directions, knew where to find everything and left great recommendations for local area attractions. We've stayed here twice and definitely plan to come back next season!

Our family loves the great outdoors of New Hampshire and particularly the White Mountains. We love to ski, snowboard, bike, hike and swim. We grew up in New England and have long enjoyed the four seasons here. We currently live in Massachusetts and feel very fortunate to be so close to our getaway in Waterville Valley. The Valley is truly an four-season resort area with so many activities and events for the whole family of all ages.

Why they chose this property

We love this area of the White Mountains but we especially love the small quaint community of Waterville Valley! The condo is a great size to accommodate 1 to 2 families. We love being able to share what this place has to offer with friends and family. It is so special to us because we can get away, slow down, disconnect, and enjoy the fresh air and nature’s beauty. The “Valley” is a family friendly community and we love meeting the local folks and join in on the wonderful activities and events. We love that there are so many great outdoor activities to enjoy year-round!

What makes this property unique

The setup of the condo is perfect because it allows for everyone to gather for dinner, but also spacious enough for people to have their own space. The location of the condo is a short walk to the Town Square, to the Athletic Club, to the Recreation Department and to many hiking and cross country trails. The golf club house and 18 clay tennis courts is a short 3 minute drive. Snows Mountain is located so conveniently close for taking up for a hike / mountain bike / ultimate frisbee, or for a swim in the Cascade Falls!!
