GREAT LOCATION IN WATERVILLE VALLEY RESORT:  Bring your family to this 3-bedroom condo and enjoy all that Waterville has to offer. Cozy bright family room with a fully equipped kitchen. Relax at the end of the day by the newly renovated   Situated across from Packard's Field, you can walk to most activities in Waterville Valley! Go through The Golden Eagle Lodge, walk over the bridge to enjoy the Town Square. Year-round Ice Arena, Restaurants, shopping, a coffee house, ice cream, candy shop, country store and more.  Enjoy the free trolley ride to explore Waterville Valley in the summer. A must-stop at the Recreation Center for family fun such as Bingo Night, Ice Cream Socials and open gym are some of the local favorites.  Also enjoy the summer camps for the kids, indoor climbing wall, arts and crafts, hiking and more - there's always something happening to make your White Mountain Vacation full of fun!

Access to the White Mountain Athletic Club for $20 per person or $50 per family per day. Open daily from 8 am to 8 pm, the White Mountain Athletic Club offers indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, steam room, gym, weight room, and more!

Additional activities include 9 9-hole golf Courses for all abilities as well as clay tennis courts nearby.  Great Fishing Spots and many family activities and events throughout the summer.  Boat Rentals on Corcoran's Pond and a swim raft.

The condo can sleep up to families of 8 or 6 adults.  Age min. of 24 for all adult groups. No smoking. No pets.

Walk to everything downtown Waterville has to offer!

Perfect location! Quick walk to downtown Waterville's shops, restaurants and the athletic center with indoor pool. Minutes to skiing and hiking. Space enough to accommodate two families and very clean. We would definitely stay again!

Cool, spacious Waterville Valley condo

Spacious, well-maintained condo within easy walking distance of the the pool, skating rink, Coyote Grill and Village Square. We are a couple with two teenagers, up for a ski weekend. We loved it. We’d do it again next year and probably bring a few more friends, which the condo could easily accommodate.

Great place for a getaway

Waterville Valley is beautiful. The condo is as advertised, except there is no Keurig brewer (the listing said a keurig was available). There is a coffee maker though. Condo is a little dated but clean, large, and exactly what our family needed.

My only "complaint" were the Tv's in the rental.

My only "complaint" were the Tv's in the rental. There wasn't any explanation on how to use them (how to get to cable, DVD, etc). And the bedroom Tv wasn't a smart Tv as in there was no internet access or cable so it had 2 channels and was basically unusable. And the living room Tv had minimal basic cable and also no internet access so couldn't bring up Netflix and didn't know there was a DVD player. So wasn't the end of the world not being able to login to our Netflix but would've been nice. It was find and easy to book and access.

We were told upon arrival that the hot water heater capacity was limited and to not expect to be able to take showers, wash clothes and run dish washer.... This is a three bedroom condo with 6 adults and a toddler - so nowhere overcrowded... OK, like the inoperable fire place, hot water situation was not disclosed before hand, but we all live on boats and know how to conserve water. But this is worse: #1 Son in-law took the first shower @ 6 AM before ANY use of water and it was COLD. Waited til afternoon then Two showers. Luke warm water throughout the first day. Ran dishwasher after showers so everything would replenish during the day. Today other son-in-law jumps in first thing - cold shower. Then myself 2 hours later.... cold shower. This is not normal and indIcates EITHER the element needs to be replaced or the entire unit needs to be replaced. I own three properties and I WOULD NEVER TREAT A TENANT LIKE WE WERE TREATED. The unit was dirty and showed signs of major deferred maintenance and a lack of "pride in ownership". We had a wonderful weekend except for the condo unit which was a big disappointment.

Thank you for staying with us and letting us know how your stay was. I want to send my apologies that your experience was not what you expected. This is not a typical experience from our guests and every feedback is important to us to improve on future stays. We have relayed this to the Owner and she is having the property manager check the water heater- we have had other guest stay after without issues so hoping it wasn't just an easy fix as the breaker being off. The Owner is working on improvements including replacing the fireplace that was deemed unusable by the association. We work hard with owners to make sure their properties are up to guest standards. Disgusting, Disrepair, Disreputable

-Dirty kitchen with food on the molding/cabinets/peninsula wall. -Broken dining room chairs left in a position someone could sit in by mistake and get seriously hurt. -Ripped cushions on living room furniture with stuffing hanging out. -Kitchen light hanging out of ceiling fixture. -Dirty fridge. -Cooking pans in cabinets with caked on food in them. -Carpets look dirty. -Mattresses in master bedroom were horrid. Akin to sleeping on a mountain. Sleep at own risk. -Missing light switch covers, holes in walls. -FIRE HAZARD/ELECTRICAL HAZARD - outdoor porch has open electrical box with live wires. Prop. Mgr. claims it was disabled. Disabled = shutting interior light switch off and placing electrical tape over the switch. Exterior outlet is also exposed with no cover or weather protection. -Broken fireplace (but advertised in listing as having a fireplace). -Top it all off with the construction zone outdoors. Wonderful views out the windows of giant dumpsters filled to the brim with construction debree. Ladders. Construction materials under tarps. Vehicles in parking lot. Plus workers smashing, cutting, banging, yelling, and singing from morning to 7:30p at night. Making for an exceptional vacation environment. None of this was disclosed prior to, or during, the rental process. Nor when we picked up the keys to check-in.

This review is very unfortunate since we work very hard at providing exceptional customer service as a small local business. We have had several guests come back to this property every year and have a great experience and even received a 5-star review from someone that stayed before this reservation. Though we have a good track record at providing positive experiences, we understand it's not possible for everyone to enjoy their stay even if someone before them loved the same property. We were unaware of the construction for the first few days and the Owner did offer you a $200 discount for this inconvenience. We do use professional, insured cleaners for all our properties- unfortunately, they are unable to open every cabinet and clean pots and pans for vacation turnovers but make sure the unit is cleaned. We strive for customer service and are open 7 days a week. It is important for guests to let us know if they need anything and we can work with the Owner at replacing items the same day. Once the Owner got the feedback from this guest after they departed, she bought 2 new living room chairs and 8 dining room chairs. She is also taking inventory of what will be needed for the kitchen. She has painting planned along with other improvements. The fireplace needs repair to be safe and didn't think it was needed for a warm weekend. She has it scheduled to be repaired by the end of this month. Many of the complaints could have been solved if addressed at the time rather than after the departure. Our staff works very hard at helping guest enjoy their stay and it's unfortunate some guests are unable to experience this.

The Split Level

This condo has everything you need for a stay in Waterville Valley. We also rented a larger house so all the cooking took place there. We did have our breakfast in this condo, though. The kitchen was well stocked with dished, etc.. This condo is in a great location. You can walk to everything. We were very satisfied staying here.

Nice location

Overall the place needs a deep clean and a clean out. The kitchen needs an inventory, many missing items that I would expect a kitchen to have. Many items that need to be replaced, chairs, faucets, lights, etc. The water heater works; it just needs to be turned up. I assume it’s turned down to save money, as a hot shower requires the faucet to be turned all the way to hot. We enjoyed the location and the unit’s layout was perfect for our family. I would probably prefer to stay in a different unit in the future.
