It features an iconic Webb Pierce 81-foot guitar-shaped pool. You can rest your head in the same place as musical greats like the Beatles, Kenny Rogers, Frank Sinatra, Ray Charles, Willie Nelson, Neil Young, Roy Orbison, "Mr. Guitar" Chet Adkins, and Elvis. Elvis rented the top two floors for almost three years while recording at RCA Studios. This home was leased by Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn, and Tammy Wynette while recording the Honky Tonk Angels album.

It is located on Music Row, in the heart of Music City. You'll be within a short distance of the best downtown sites, such as Sylvan Park, Vanderbilt University, Belmont University, The Gulch, Broadway Brewhouse Downtown, and The Grand Ole Opry.

Inside this fourth-floor home, you'll find a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, comfortable furniture, attractive decor, and a private washer/dryer. Among the music-themed furnishings, you will find an abstract rendering by Earl Clark. He was also a previous resident of this home and one of the most prolific Native American songwriters. Clark wrote over 80 songs for BMI in Nashville. Head to the epic pool (which your unit has exclusive views of, and is one of the only units that does) and cool down after a fun-filled day out. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
