Cozy Park Model Cabin Rocky Rim # 10 Equipped with full kitchen with most of the amenities from home. Master bedroom with queen size bed. Another downstairs bedroom with Bunk Beds and the loft has 1 twin bed, a fold out futon couch in the living room, FREE WIFI Internet with a flat screen smart TV w/ cable & streaming , and outdoors a beautiful front deck with New Hot tub & gas grill, cozy fire pit and there is also a Water park splash pad Great for the KIDS & family!

Very nice, family friendly cabin and property. My children loved the amenities of the splash pad and playground. This was a great weekend escape from the Phoenix valley summer heat. We would definitely return and stay again.

Loved this little cabin! Great location and loved the trees around the cabin that gave plenty of privacy. We enjoyed the hot tub very clean and well maintained.
