Thank you for considering My Vacation Property Rental (MVP Rental) for your upcoming trip to the Poconos. This was my family home until it was converted to a vacation property in 2023. I have owned and been hosting people at homes in this resort community since 2011. Over the years, across multiple properties, I have managed thousands of reservations and have gained the expertise to offer a relaxing retreat for both you and your pets.

Having multiple game rooms, a theater room area, multiple seating areas, TVs in all rooms, and large deck, there are spaces for everyone. Pet lovers will appreciate the fully fenced backyard which provides a safe space for dogs to play. The wire mesh fence extends from the top rail to the ground keeping your pets contained. There has never been a reported escape, though deer do jump the fence often to graze in the yard.

AMENITIES SCHEDULE: (2025)
--Starting May 23, 2025 - Amenities will be open on weekends only
--Starting June 13, 2025, to September 2, 2025 - Amenities will be open full time
Hours of operation for the pool: 11 AM to 6 PM (Schedule may change without prior notice)
--On Sept 1, 2025 - pool will be closed for the season. The lake can still be accessed for boating and kayaking. Beach is swim at own risk.
