Really enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of space for us and our four kids. Very clean and had everything we needed. Close enough to all the major attractions but liked being out a little bit from downtown for the safety. Only slight negative is being in a bigger city, it would have been nice to have an alarm just to feel a little more secure. Overall, though, a great place to stay.
This place was perfect for our family of 5 plus our dog. Plenty of parking out front and 2 private spaces in back down the alley. The house was so cute and perfectly decorated. Up to my high standards of cleanliness for sure. I loved that it was not over decorated with stuff that my toddler could get into. It was so quiet and peaceful. We never heard another soul. Honestly you cannot even tell that it is a connected unit. Bed linens were nice and comfy. The rooms are a great size. So much space to spread out and relax. The house was within 10-20 min from everything we wanted to do, super convenient. Restaurants, coffee, and ice cream all nearby! We will definitely book this house again on our next trip to St Louis!
Place was as advertised. Would stay here again. Could have used a shovel or salt since it snowed. Also there was some hair in bath tub. I liked that Mandy covered the couch cushions knowing we had a dog.Very thoughtful. Also it wasn’t clear in the add about the cost for the dog to stay..85.00 But overall a good experience.
The property had everything we needed and was the perfect pet friendly home for our family this weekend. The hostess was responsive during the process. We would definitely stay again if the need arises.
We were in St. Louis to see our son in a show at college. This home was fine. Just missing some little niceties, like kleenex in the bathrooms and towels in the kitchen. Also, it would be nice if the back door had keyless entry since parking is out back. Otherwise, bed was comfortable and there was a nice kitchen and dining table.
This is a nice place in a very central location. My sister, husband and I stayed here on a wedding weekend and really enjoyed it. Nice neighborhood near the Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Hill, but also very well-apportioned accommodations with all of the extra touches. Host was responsive and easy to work with. Recommend for sure.
The property was nice and Mandy was a great host. The neighborhood definitely looked a little rough and parking was a bit difficult with the tight alleys and one way streets. The property wasn’t the best suited for us with 2 small children and all the rooms upstairs but that was something we didn’t think about. AC upstairs was also not the greatest but with the provided fans it was okay. Overall I would stay here again with just adults and not in the middle of summer!
We were thrilled that our dog had a private fenced in yard, making it so easy to get him in/out to potty. Neighborhood has sidewalks and made walking our pup easy. The house was equipped with everything we needed and we appreciated the extra fans upstairs since it was in the 90’s. We felt the pillows on the beds could use an upgrade grade (too thin for us) and it would have been nice to have a few chairs on the back patio, but overall the accommodations worked well for us. Great coffee shop around the corner (4 block walk).

The bathroom tub
My mother-in-law slipped in the tub and bruised her ribs taking a shower because the tub does not have a flat surface at the base/center. Would highly recommend placing a bathmat that has some grip to it so people don't continue to fall in the tub!!!
Nice property just minutes from SLU and Downtown. Easy drive to get to the local Universities and an inexpensive Uber ride to get Downtown. Nice quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The property just about had everything you needed.
Loved our stay here, clean and comfortable home. The host was great, very responsive and accommodating. As a family of 4 with 2 teenagers, having 3 bedrooms was ideal for us. Would definitely stay here again!
The home was nice and clean. The narrow one-way streets took a little to get used to, but that appeared to be typical for this area. It is in a great location that made it easy to get to a lot of the sights around the city. Would recommend this place for anyone wanting to visit St. Louis and see the city attractions.
House was great. Easy to get to and easy to get to all the attractions we were there to see. Lots of food options nearby as well as Target and grocery stores.
Great stay! Walkable neighborhood and lots of amenities nearby.
Nessled in quiet neighborhood of brown stones, and within walking distance of a shopping plaza it was the best of both worlds. The one way streets took some adjusting, but they likely control the traffic flow to make it pleasant. Pro tip, If you're walking a dog stay away from the main road to the East there is glass on the sidewalk and surrounding area due to demolition.
We had space to visit with local family and meet up with far flung members. Overall great experience! Host was responsive and provided great coffee! ;)

Short stay
Clean townhouse in the city: the listing does not explain that this is an attached townhouse and does not provide any exterior photos. We do not know this city at all and a clear transparent description of the residence and location would have been helpful as we expected a detached home when we arrived. No parking information was provided until after we arrived and we circled the busy narrow streets many times until we finally had to message the host. The interior mostly clean but towels, linens had strains and hair present on them. It was an ok experience overall but didn’t feel like we were told exactly what we were renting and therefore not an experience we would recommend.
The place was clean, and in great condition when we arrived. I also want to compliment the host on her responsiveness. The morning that we were leaving, the Internet went out and I contacted her about it. It wasn’t a problem because we were leaving in a couple hours anyway. But she was incredibly responsive to try to get us help with getting the Internet up and running again. I appreciate the fast communication from her.
Overall this place had everything we needed. There was one tv in the house in the living room. None in bedrooms. Very clean and close to great restaurants.
Property was clean, comfortable, recently renovated and had everything we needed.
Location was close to stores, restaurants and St Louis sites.
We are planning to return next year to visit family and would absolutely choose this property again.

The description of this property is truly accuarate, puctures and ALL!
My husband and I met my aunt and her husband in St. Louis for the holiday weekend. We brought our dog with us. Fenced yard is small; however, it worked well letting our dog off leash. Bedrooms were spacious with enough privacy. A/C definitely kept the house nice and cool! Neighborhood is quiet, and the neighbors were friendly when we asked for favorite local restaurants.
