Family vacation

We enjoyed our stay, the house was cute and in a great location. We felt safe in the quiet neighborhood. My only suggestion would be to keep extra sheets blankets on hand, 2 of our kids slept on the couch and we struggled locating necessities to make a bed. I'd recommend booking this property for anyone traveling to the Los Angeles area.

Fantastic Property

Absolutely suited our purposes 100%. This is in a lovely residential area, and yet easy reach by car of all of the typical tourist attractions you will likely want to visit in LA. The property itself was clean, air conditioning very effective and the pool was brilliant (a really good size). There isn’t anything we could fault really. If you are thinking of booking this, you are unlikely to be disappointed. Enjoy!

The backyard is very dirty and icky feeling. Cleaning and a few upgrades can make a big difference. We were extremely disappointed with the checkin process it took until the last 10 min before check in to finally get communication from the owner. The pool and hot tub were ice cold when in the description it said heated. The interior of home was cute. The towels smelled a little musty

Great new place- needs a few additions

We really enjoyed the house and neighborhood- both are just beautiful. The décor was modern, yet confrontable. The house was clean and as described. I traveled with my husband, two of our cousins and out two young boys. We loved the jacuzzi but couldn't enjoy the pool because of the weather (or lack of heat in it?). Some things for the owner to work on moving forward would be adding more kitchenware. There weren't always enough glasses, forks, pans, etc. I would also spend some money to add more tv's in the house. When you're inviting kids, the parents sometimes need a break and this would be helpful. And lastly, the mattresses were not super comfortable. I'm sure it's difficult to decide where to invest but the beds, especially for weary travelers, are clutch. Just some friendly feedback, after an otherwise wonderful trip. Many thanks!!
