Fabulous Avondale Stay

My children and I loved our stay at this rental. It’s a beautiful home and location. I can’t say enough good things about the location! Very convenient and close to Riverside, beautiful parks and museums, and restaurants. My 8 year old called it “paradise.” The pots and pans set could use an upgrade, but the dishes and utensils were fabulous. Excellent communication and would definitely stay again.

Simply Splendid

Cozy and incredibly stylish! Easily accessible, perfectly functional, and impeccably clean throughout. The hosts, Andrew and Jackie, were delightfully helpful in every aspect. Every convenience you could think of wanting, they had already thoughtfully provided. They were so incredibly kind from the beginning, and their warmth truly radiates through their home. This was honestly one of the best stays we've had anywhere.We enjoyed playing outside in the enclosed yard, singing while making dinner in the big bright and beautiful kitchen, catching up over dinner together in the spacious dining room, giggling together through card games and charades, fuzzy blankets and cozy naps on the couch, and unwinding in the relaxing cedar sauna. The intensely hot and wow shower was perfect after traveling, and we ended our long day slumbering in simple but gorgeous bedrooms. This place truly had it all! Do note, there is a train that passes by starting early in the morning. It was near enough to wake me occasionally, but I am a light sleeper. My partner, however, said 'What train?' when I asked if it had woken him. This was the best 'one night' we've ever had doing a quick two day/one night vacay. I'll absolutely book here again, with earplugs, and I hope to do so soon!Thank you, Andrew and Jackie, for providing such a darling home, for being so thoughtful in every regard, and for all your kindness. We will treasure our memories from here always!
