While the beach itself is just a short walk from your door, this peaceful getaway is also located within five miles of other local attractions including the Scusset Beach State Reservation, the Sagamore Bridge, and the Herring Run Recreation Area.

Inside, this delightful home boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen to make it easy to prepare everyone's favorite recipes, a table and chairs for mealtimes or rainy day board games, and a living area with a TV ready to stream your favorite channels. Outside, dine alfresco on the large, furnished porch, or head up top to the roof deck to soak up the sunshine and take in views of the water.

Additional amenities include a washer/dryer and a gas grill for warm weather cookouts.

Stunning location

Beautiful view from the top of the dunes! Great private beach and very friendly neighbors. Close enough for day trips to Hyannis and Woods Hole. Cottage was well appointed. It was only 2 of us and we stayed in the middle room the first night. The mattress was very bad and should be replaced.The other rooms was great though. This is a fantastic spot, highly recommended!
