Nestled in the historical West End of Boise, our newly built, 1 bed + 1 bath Mother-in-law Suite is minutes from downtown, Boise's Whitewater Park, and numerous trailheads leading into Boise's scenic foothills. Fully furnished with all the amenities, this private bungalow with vaulted ceilings and an open floor plan is perfect for your next vacation or business trip.
The space
Our new private mother-in-law suite is built atop our detached garage and provides a light and cozy space with it's vaulted ceiling, beautiful kitchen island, and open floor plan. Enjoy the beautiful treetop views of the surrounding neighborhood and Boise foothills.

We provide all the necessary amenities to ensure you're stay is relaxing, carefree, and seamless. Make a meal, nestle up on the sofa, and enjoy all that our delightful bungalow has to offer. The tv is smart (currently we provide wifi, so be sure to bring your netflix/hulu password).

It boasts a centralized location, so you can step outside and easily walk, ride, scooter, or drive (within minutes) to Boise's downtown, charming Northend, Ester Simplot Whitewater Park (Boise river), or its scenic foothills littered with hundreds of miles of trails for hiking and biking. You're also 16 miles from Bogus Basin ski area. The adventures are endless.

The house is all yours! Check in is at 3pm and check out at 11am. Times are flexible and feel free to share any special requests. Upon booking, a keycode will provided for house access.

We list that it has potential for noise, it’s located above our detached garage but it’s minimally used.

Well appointed apartment

This place is very well appointed and nearly brand new. Very clean and inviting. Great communication with the host and close to local attractions to see and visit in town. Highly recommend this place and will stay here next time I am in Boise.

Amazing Stay!!

My adult daughter and I loved staying at the West End Bungalow. It is beautifully appointed. My daughter even said when we walked upstairs into the space “I could definitely live here!” The area is close to downtown, Hyde Park and Boise State. Bobby was very communicative and made our stay easy. I highly recommend the West End Bungalow.

This place was really nice! It's basically a whole apartment over their garage. It would be a great place to spend a few days, it has a wonderful kitchen and great-room area and the kitchen is fairly well stocked. We were able to park off the alley in front of our entrance. It worked perfectly.

Boise family visit

Great clean and new apartment, close to my family. The heat pump was barely adequate in the cold weather, but I learned to keep it running continually. The small heater helped as well. I will be back!

I haven't had others have an issue with our minisplit heater so I'm curious if there was something unique and specific going on that caused the issue. This is a newly built mother-in-law suite we built on top of our garage. We needed a new garage but wanted a way to offer a great space for travelers and have a space for our family members when they come into town. This sweet little bungalow solved it all and now we have a great central spot for you to kickback, relax and enjoy!
