The property was just as described. Cute small cabin, very clean. The host left small treats and coffee which was a nice touch. 30 minutes to Gatlinburg but nice drive. Great place to stay.
Everything is made for two. We didn't want to leave. The hosts were really easy to work with. Would definitely go back, and I recommend it to anyone looking to unplug and relax.
Great accominations, just as described. Went for a break from the every day world and that's what I got, very relaxing. Found a great food buffet 708 Cosby Highway Newport, TN $11.50 per plate can't go wrong. Will do it again.,
We had the privilege of staying at the Cool Water cabin for four nights in celebration of our Anniversary. The hosts were beyond accommodating. The cabin was so much more than we expected. The cabin was pristine and included everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed in multiple VRBOs in the past and this one tops the cake. The cabin included everything from snacks set out for our arrival, coffee, bottled water, toiletries and so much more. We enjoyed staying on the outskirts of Gatlinburg and enjoyed the easy ride into town. We would park at the Gatlinburg Welcome Center and use the free trolly to commute around town. We will definitely be back. Thank you to the wonderful hosts. It truly was a memorable experience.
This cool cabin was great! The only thing it is a little further out than I thought. But other than that it’s cute place. We enjoyed the hot tub. I wish we would have brought firewood for the fire place it’s really cozy! Denise was a great host and always answered any questions I asked!
Denise is so attentive to all your needs. We had a wonderful, relaxing time. Decor is cozy and kitchen is well-stocked. This is the second property we have enjoyed by Denise and Doug. With a new grandbaby coming soon, we will be back!
we loved it here, very clean and has everything you could need. the host was very sweet and communicative as well. i definitely recommend staying here.
Such a great little cabin outside of the busyness!
This stay was an anniversary trip for my husband and I. We really enjoyed the cozy cleaniness of this little cabin. The hottub was very relaxing and listening to the little creek that ran next to it was so peaceful. Denise was a great host!
We enjoyed our stay. I cant express enough how grateful i am for Denise making things right when things were wrong. I will definitely stay again. The cabin was perfect. Thank you Denise
The cabin was accurate as listed. Me and my wife stayed at the cabin for our honeymoon and it was pretty amazing. The drive to Gatlinburg wasn’t too bad, just about 30 minutes away. I have a few minor complaints that I’ll be nitpicking about. The bed isn’t very comfortable, not a lot of privacy when using the hot tub, and also some spots inside the cabin hasn’t been thoroughly cleaned or dusted. However, we were able to overlook all of it and still had a wonderful experience. The hot tub was actually my favorite part about the cabin despite the lack of privacy from the other nearby cabins/houses. My wife’s favorite part of the cabin was the recliners in the living room. I would definitely recommend this cabin for couples that would like to be in a quiet area and don’t mind a 30 minute drive to Gatlinburg or other major attractions.
We spent a 4day weekend on the one year anniversary of my mother's passing. We were right where we wanted to be. Secluded enough but still within driving distance of the places we needed to be.
The cabin was welk appointed and very clean. Be sure you know how to cook on an electric stove , and don't trust GPS if you are coming in from the north!😆
I am so thankful we picked this cabin to celebrate our 12 year wedding anniversary, it was absolutely perfect. Denise was an amazing host she was very responsive and made sure everything went very smoothly we will definitely be back
We enjoyed our stay! It was peaceful, but not too far away from attractions. The cabin was clean and well-maintained. Denise was a very responsive host.
Great stay, great cabin for the two of us. Far enough east of Gatlinburg to enjoy the quiet, less hectic of the tourist part of the Smoky Mountains. Located to get to anything we wanted to and did. We enjoyed the hot tub a few nights and even had a couple camp fires. Thank you so much!
Easily accessible from paved rural roads, 8 minutes from Cosby entrance to GSMNP. Numerous cabins fairly close by; privacy good, but you'd probably wait until dark to use the nice little hot tub. Very comfortable and well equipped; very clean except for a few pet hairs in the bath mat. We were not big fans of the funky sinks, they aren't very ergonomic.
